yes , but you can find your style and try to make different things ! It’s so many things and themes you can do with crochet the possibilities are endless!
also , think about it , there is a lot of hair stylist, nail artist , lash techs , restaurants , candles , jewelry businesses ! It’s ok to have a lot of the same type of businesses out in the world , don’t worry if it’s “ too much “ don’t think it’s a limit to what you want to do ! You can do anything you want ! Also - there will always be competition because some ppl do have the same ideas as well , just try to be yourself and make what you enjoy to make 😛 and yes there is “ best sellers “ you can alway throw in what’s trendy at the moment if you would like , it’s nothing wrong with making a more little profit while having fun , we all got bills to pay, but at the same time you can make something that will be a best seller at your own market / city 🙃 , you never know what can be YOUR best seller / hit item !

the base pattern is used is from @pretty.knotty , I just changed colors around and freehand the icing and add different pattern together

If you want to do markets do them. Everyone doesn’t live near your and everyone’s target audience is not the same.
It might be in some places, but I live in a semi-rural area, and there aren't too many other crocheters.
