i think blocking the bag will really change the shape of it! would have prob been easier to block the squares before you sewed them together, but you can still do it. also i think sewing in a lining with a defined bottom and sides will make a difference. she's cute she just needs a little lip gloss and mascara!!

I was very impressed that you could recreate the crochet items so perfectly and quickly. Also, tell us what you will be doing now that you graduated - Happy Graduation by the way. I think you probably could be a professional crochet designer, if it wouldn't drive you too crazy. But, nothing could be worse than standing on your feet all day working in some form of a cosmotology business or living a slow, boring death working at a desk in an office (high school all over again). Did you ever watch any of Rihanna's videos - lots of crochet clothes and items in them. And lots of crochet clothes, bags and gloves shown on Designer's runway shows. Now that there is lots of different and beautiful crochet clothing and accessories on TH-cam made by AI with no patterns to match the videos, that could be something for you to get into. Just a suggestion for the bag- make a liner and sew it on the inside so it doesn’t stretch! With granny squares (especially granny stitches), it’s very easy for them to stretch and create holes for things to fall through
