I havent actually watched the movie yet (dont know why I keep putting it off), but I read on a marvel page that the reason the Illuminati lost was because they didnt realize this Scarlet Witch was more powerful then the ones from other universes. Even though Dr. Strange warned them, they went into this arrogantly, thinking they were more powerful.

Marvel's armor is being sucked into it as well, hinting that Wanda is quite literally stripping her off her power. In the end, the big blast that you see happen, is actually made by Wanda and you can see the blast looks similar to Cap. Marvel's blasts.
and for those who cant understand how wanda absorbing power of others is because wanda took Agatha harkness's power which is taking power of undeserving. At end of Wandavision, thats why is so important to watch marvel shows to understand movies
Not necessarily... First of all, Agatha's power isn't "taking the power of the undeserving". It's simple magic absorption, but since Agatha was in possession of the darkhold, it corrupted her perspective on things, making her think she deserves all that magic. (Just like how it corrupted Wanda's perspective on things, making her want to kidnap "her" children from different universes and killing masses to get to that point.) Second of all, Wanda never gained those skills just because she took Agatha's power. Up to the very end of Wandavision we never see her take any power from Agatha, she simply observed mid-fight and learned it herself as well as runes (in the basement when Agatha told her about them at the start of episode 8) and teleportation (after she saw Agatha teleport out of a room at the end of episode 8).
Actually shes starting to be. This takes place after Wanda Vision and shes shown reading the Darkhold. So shes not truely the Scarlet Witch yet. But she's started on the path, which is why shes immensely more powerful and direct with the way she uses her powers. She literally just spoke and BlackBolt no longer had a mouth. So shes not the Witch yet. But shes 10× the wanda weve seen

While dreamwalking, Wanda's power is handicapped because she's using the body of a weaker version of herself. Because of this, she's not able to tap into the full reservoir of her Scarlet Witch powers like she can in 616.
