Amber, you're videos are getting better and better, so rich with content and great guidance. Thank you for accompanying your viewers (me!) on the journey. Big blessings!
Great presentation. I am definitely an introvert by nature although my passion for the homeless allows me to seem more of an extrovert. Being an introvert hinders me in the fundraising aspect. I would much rather be on the ground talking to the homeless and getting to know them than raising funds. I realize the difficulties in just wanting to feed clothed and shelter people without financing. I believe my passion would persuade people into helping the cause but getting the right people in front of me is the issue. Still trying to navigate that. Thank you for your informative videos and passion to help.
Hi there! It sounds like actually you may be a secretly good fundraiser... fundraising isn't about being an extrovert at all, but rather about building authentic relationships! I bet you'd do really well talking 1:1 with potential donors -- that's a part of fundraising introverts are AMAZING at as one example!
Hey! I need your help, I want to do community service by writing for ngos but where should I find the ngos that want me to write for them as a highschooler.?
What a neat idea! Do you mean like writing blog articles or something else? I would say put together a few writing samples, maybe about the social issues the nonprofits are tackling, and share with a few!
@@AmberMelanieSmithYes like blog articles promoting their page, mini blogs for funds and even mini poems related to their work! I just have a difficulty to search for them on internet. Thanks for your advice. Love your videos! ❤

Do you have a video on what to do after you've received tax-exempt status and how to navigate working full-time and running a nonprofit?
I have SO many videos about that! :) Here's a great one to start with: th-cam.com/video/n_Ad7AA7YF0/w-d-xo.html
Our office in Fresno California was hit with arson last week. We are devastated.
Oh no, that's terrible! :( I'm so sorry to hear that!
@@AmberMelanieSmith Yeah, the building was mostly brick, and the fire was started outside at the only place it could have done damage.
@@AmberMelanieSmith We had to lay all but one person off. The building is not safe.
Amber help me to make paper work for nonprofit.
Hi, Amber, what is meaning of introvert.
Generally not annoying
It means you may be shy and you keep most things to yourself. You don't start many conversations.

@@conjecture-w2v :) I love that! You might consider starting out by writing a blog for a nonprofit you admire, then sharing that with their team!
Thank you❤@@AmberMelanieSmith
