Young sub adult just out testing its world. Everyone did the right thing in this instance. Hopefully the bear never learns that people are something that they can be rewarded for food.
Brooks falls, people have to attend Bear Camp and were merely responding with what they have been taught and were respectfully giving the bear their space.
Humans need to stay out of these habitats. When a wild animal kills a human, humans end up killing the animal. I never agree with that. People are stupid enough to go out there and get killed, not the poor animal’s fault. Leave the animal alone. It is supposed to eliminate competition including humans.
thank you. Based on my research they are the same species but the inland ones are referred to as grizzly bears and the larger coastal ones are referred to as brown bears 😊 I chose to use grizzly in the title assuming that more people are probably familiar with that 😊 Thanks for pointing it out.

That bear was like 'how's the fishing out here? I'm looking for supper...'
😅 exactly
Fortunately, where I go fishing in England the only local wildlife danger is from the occasional rogue hedgehog.
😀
What a nice bear
He looks kind of lean, and hopefully he doesn’t go looking for a human diet supplement.

Great fishing but sooo many bears there.
The bears think the same too, great fishing there 😄
I was a little nervous walking there, especially on the small trail to the Brook Falls 😁
Those people looked terrified over a little bear which showed no aggression.

@Spooky_515 looks like that happened far away from the Brooks Falls area, at Kaflia lake
