Thank you again for a fantastic and easy way to make a bag. I'm going to make one using fusible fleece and adding a pocket or two inside. I'm also going to make a wider strap for more comfort. I love the way you added the outside zipper pocket. God bless.
Your videos are so clearly explained. I so appreciate all of them. I watch a lot of TH-cam videos to learn how to make and create…..and yours by far are done clear and precise and easy for me to do. Thank you
Such a cute bag! After a busy day in my sewing room, I get to watch you and hand quilt! I hope you have a fabulous week ahead! Thank you for your time, talent and posting this video!
You are awesome. I love all of your videos. Can't wait to make the cross body purse. I've made many of your cosmetic bags and have given them as gifts. Thank You.

Yay! I've been wanting to make one of these. Any suggestions for the length of strap for a curvy girl? It seems like more length might be helpful. It's a gift for a special person but I won't be able to measure them.
Hi Linda. I'm not sure. But consider this - if her hips are wide, she may not want the bag to hit the hips. It will make her hips look wider. But ... is she likes to place the bag in front of her hips, it may not be a problem. Look to see where she currently places her bag. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Hi Ladina. Go to 01:58 were the pocket layering is demonstrated. If you want one more layer of fabric, cut a lining piece the same size as the pocket liner. Layer this piece on the underside of the fabric for the outside. Then continue the stitching process. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching💗 and happy sewing😍
@@TheSewingRoomChannel thank you. I made the bag last night. It turned out super cute, but I was having issues with that front pocket. I need a liner in it.
Hi Joy. I used home decor fabric from Joann Fabrics and Crafts. You can also use quilting fabric, denim, and other cotton fabrics. Happy holidays. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
I just made this and the zipper pocket looks weird. I thought it was an actual pocket but it just opens and you see the lining of the bag did I do it wrong

Suggestion: make an adjustable strap. 🍀
Nice
Hi Ann. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
I would like to make the bag a little larger but how do I determine what sizes to cut my fabric pieces. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
Hi Jackie. Make sure you increase each pattern piece the same amount. Thanks for watching💗 and happy sewing😍
I have a question I’m having issues with the side pocket. Should it have an enclosed liner?
Hi Ladina. Go to 01:58 were the pocket layering is demonstrated. If you want one more layer of fabric, cut a lining piece the same size as the pocket liner. @@TheSewingRoomChannel thank you. I made the bag last night. It turned out super cute, but I was having issues with that front pocket. I need a liner in it.
What kind of fabric did you use please?? Thank you.
Hi Joy. I used home decor fabric from Joann Fabrics and Crafts. You can also use quilting fabric, denim, and other cotton fabrics. Happy holidays. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
What is finished size of bag
Hi Marilyn. The crossbody bag measures about 9"x9". Hope this helps. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
I’m trying to make this bag but, your cut list is WRONG 😑, I got myself in a right tizwoz lol.
Great vid, I think I have worked it out.
Thanks 🙏🏻
I will review the cutting measurements. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
I just made this and the zipper pocket looks weird. I thought it was an actual pocket but it just opens and you see the lining of the bag did I do it wrong
Hi Kristin. You didn't do anything wrong. Each pock has it's own lining that separates both pocket areas. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Okay I think I did it wrong then
I too when I open the zipper pocket I see the wrong side of the fabric. Trying to figure out what I did wrong
