The chartreuse 181 is very similar to the Jelly Apple Red, Methiolate, Blaze orange, etc. Those Neon glow pigments like to be added in when it's cold if you add it in when the plastisol is cold, and heat it up with the plastic, you will get nice even distribution of the pigment. Great video!! Cheers brother!!
I've had lureworks apple jelly red do the same thing as the 181, it mixed n properly after I reheated it. awesome video, thanks for these I love the comparisons
Great comparison! #108 is my go to, seems to be one of the most versatile (from transparent to opaque and it's non-bleed). What part of the Country are you located in? I've seen you on the Baitchucken live streams...he's NorCal guy like me.
@@N2TW_customlures Nice, I enjoy your videos.....I am in the Turlock / Modesto area. Haven't had the time to start making bait making videos like I planned, but have been pouring since 2017. Soft plastics, Spinnerbaits, Chatterbaits, and Jigs @homebrewtackleco
@@kelster1574 I’ve honestly enjoyed making videos more than selling baits. I don’t even really post on my IG anymore. I posted some really bad videos when I started just to hold myself accountable to start making better content lol
There is a difference between them. Typically a Dye is a color that bleeds really bad so if you laminate it with another color it will bleed into the other color over time. Dyes are usually a little more translucent as well
Transparent is see through, translucent is able to see shape but not clear, colors aren't thick or thin, they are saturated. I dont know who started these terms in the bait community butbits all wrong!

That seems to be the consensus. I’ll give that a shot next time I use it!! Thanks for watching buddy 👊
Nice video my friend. I like your approach. Your editing is done very well. Looking forward to more.
Thank you 🙏 I appreciate the support
This is a great color comparison. Thanks for doing this one!
Thanks for watching 🤙 I appreciate it
Thank, a big help to choose the right one.
Thanks for watching!! Let us know if there are any other colors you would like to see tested out
Definitely 107 for me
It’s a good one!! Thanks for watching Craig 🤙
107 has my vote, I liked it. With Holographic gold flakes it should be awesome.
Flake would show up extremely well with how translucent it is. Thanks for watching!!
107 has been my go to chartreuse colorant, very easy to use and modify to get your desired effect. Another great video….love the color demo vids 👍👍
Thank you!! I’ve caught several striped bass using the 107 lately. It works really well
Great job thank you for doing this one I was struggling with finding a translucent one
Glad we could help 🤙 let me know if there are any other color comparisons you would like to see
I'd give the edge to the 107! Thanks for sharing buddy! Keep up the great work!
Thanks David!! The 107 definitely seems to be the most popular
107 for sure.
Its a solid choice for sure!! Thanks for watching

Someone suggested mixing them in prior to cooking the plastic to prevent it from happening so I’ll have to try that next
Yep. 107
107 seems to be the favorite so far. Thanks for watching!!
I’ve always wondered what each looked like
I often wondered myself so I had to get them all to test them out
@@N2TW_customlures I have a Chart video coming out in 2-3 weeks I'll link this to it
@@Baitmakerz sounds good 🤙
Great video, Jake. Very helpful.
Thanks Guy!! Appreciate the continued support
Try mixing the 181 when the plastic is cold. Great video
I didn’t even think of that while making the video. I’ll give that a shot. Thanks for watching!!
Methiolate can do that too.
@@kayakak77 yep. I have methiolate from Lureworks and also noticed that. I’ll have to start mixing them before cooking from now on
Great video, I like them all, lol.
Thanks for watching!! They do all look great in their own way
Thanks man, solid demo.
Thank you for watching 👊
Thanks friend, now I know to get the 107.
Another great video ++
It’s really bright!! I’m actually about to go fish with some 107 paddletails for stripped bass right now
Great video, have a fantastic week!
Thanks Tim!! Hope you have a great week as well

Like the 107 best for me. I like your comparison videos. And, your work area is clean and organized. Mine is a cluster 😂. Thanks for the comparison
It’s all for show lol. We all know what happens to our work stations when we start making a lot 😂
@@N2TW_customlures true 😂
One says it's a dye and the other 3 do not say dye one them. Is there a difference or did the other 3 just forger to put the word dye on the label?

@@N2TW_customlures are these 4 all dyes?
@@laneanderson4245 no, only the one that’s labeled as a dye is. The others are just considered a pigment and not a dye
Thank you@@N2TW_customlures

As long as people can understand what we are saying and helps them in making their own lures then I think the video is serving its purpose.
