Financial literacy rate அதிகம் இருக்கிற குஜராத்தில் இருந்து தான் நாட்டை விட்டு ஓடும் தொழிலதிபர்கள் அதிகம் இருக்கிறார்கள் அது ஏன்? பங்குச்சந்தையில் முதலீடு செய்தால் அது சிறு லாபம் வந்ததும் விற்கும் எண்ணம் வரும் சிறு செலவுக்கும் விற்பனை செய்வோம்.. ஆனால் தங்கத்தை அப்படி எளிதில் விற்பனை செய்ய மாட்டோம். இந்த literacy rate எல்லாம் பங்குச்சந்தையில் சேர்ந்திருப்பவர்களை வைத்து மட்டுமே எடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. தமிழர்கள் பங்கு சந்தையில் இல்லா விட்டாலும் தங்கத்தை வாங்கி, நிலத்தை வாங்கி பொருளாதார அறிவில் சிறப்பாகவே இருக்கிறார்கள்

I got 15 lakhs property loan from Axis Bank. EMI 19310 my monthly income that time 45000.in 2010. Now the EMI is same. But my Montly income is Rs 150000 in 2022. Now days to EMI is very easy🙏 now loan pending is 7:5 lakhs
