Thank you for your comment. If somebody is retired, we'd imagine that person needs to make that much strong of an application to prove to an officer that he'd actually leave Canada at the end of his stay.

I have one question, if I’m coming on tourist visa to Canada and if I stay till 6 months, as you said will leave maybe a day or two before the end of 6th month. So in this case my question is that I applied for tourist visa showing the relevant documents and in that it is mentioned that I will visit these all places in Canada and go back after my visit, that time the agent has mentioned that I’m visiting Canada for 30 days. So is there any issues if I stay more than 30 days till the end of 6th month and leave Canada? No one is telling anything about this?

Hello Sir, One of my consultant friend told me that if in past you have a rejection in U.S.A. visiter visa then 100% you will get rejection in Canda Visitors Visa.... Because U.S.A and Canada sharing there visa data with each other... Is this right sir...???

All useless.. i had attached NOC,,, earns 1.25 lacs p.m.... class 1 officer.... 1 crore in ca report...... Strong travel history..... but rejected.....

Apply for CAIPS, there you will see the true reason behind the rejection. 179(b) is, I think, a standard rejection reason so it does not matter

Does a govt job with 5 years experience qualify for sufficient home ties in visitor visa for an unmarried girl of 27years with Funds of 14 lac and an invitation letter from pr brother in Canada ?

Just got a refusal letter citing section 179(b) for "reason of visit" & "family ties"

The rejection letter that you see, unfortunately is just a standard template used by officers these days to reject applications, which in their opinion, does not abide the Regulations 179(b).
