Hello sir I’m a Project Management student at Algoma University (May23SP intake) I filed my wife’s visa on 11-01-24 and her biometrics were done on 25-01-24 We showed 11lacs funds in her Indian bank account and $9400 in my Canadian account. She got a refusal on 29th April 2024 saying that she had insufficient funds and would not come back to India after a temporary stay. As suggested by my current visa agent we have to show CA$25700 for a spouse visa from 01-01-2024 because of some new rules, so we showed around CA$26500 in my wife's account and CA$3000 in my Canadian savings account. I added a new bank certificate with a re-consideration letter through a web form on 17th May 2024. It's been over 50 days but we didn't get any reply. My question is: 1. What can we do now? 2. Will she get an open work permit if we re-apply for the visa? We’re distraught and shattered emotionally due to this situation sir. Please help us with your expertise. Thank you, sir.

Hello, Niladri sir, I am From Nepal. As you mentioned in the video, I also forgot to declare US visa refusal and received a procedural fairness letter. My agent in Canada responded that and now got refusal . My agent is asking for reapply. So, is it possible for reapply after refusal due to PFL ? Please, I am waiting for your kind response.

Thank you so much for all the videos. Recently my parents visitor visa got rejected. I know that liquid readily available cash is very important to show. In my parents bank account, we showed CAD 16000 liquid money for two people and for 2.5 months stay in Canada. Do you think that is not enough or a little less in today's economy? The rejection reason was purpose of visit is not consistent with the temporary stay. I provided the invitation letter but I said my parents are financially independent and they will take care of the expenses. Some feedback from your side would be really helpful. I have recieved pfl regarding fraudulent loa but i am genuine nd i sent mail to college after pfl nd college send me verification latter some name confusions college did not update loa on dli portal but college issued me verification latter with stamp of college and they agreed they issued loa and college says in verification latter if any query regarding this student please contact us ...how many chances in this case pls reply me?
