It depends on why you are visiting, if you are a parent to a Canadian resident and your son or daughter has a new baby or is sick, it's okay to say you will stay for six months. If you said you are employed and you coming to Canada as a tourist, then it won't be realistic to say you will stay for six months. Best wishes
It should not be a problem Timi, tell them you will stay for two weeks then you can stay for up to 5 months if you want. If they give you less time for any reason then keep by the date. All the best in your new relationship 🥰

Yes, but be prepared to pay if you don’t have insurance. Just be careful, because they’re being very nasty to foreigners. You still want to get back into the country later on.
That does not keep you in Canada
They will ask you if you have money yo pay for the birth. Minimum $10,000. You need yo prove it. They aren't stupid, they can see you are pregnant and stop you.
They can deny your visa if you don't have money fir the birth and living . They can and they will! They will also deny you if they think you will stay over your visa.
Even if you give birth there, you will not be allowed to stay
