The intake filter and pipe was sourced from Facebook marketplace but you can find them on ebay and amazon, and the shield from ebay. I'll show a bit more next video. I would say a service every 5000 miles is enough, or every year if you don't do as many miles. This should be covered in your yearly service. If you drive a lot, and with a heavy foot, I would do it a little more frequently, but everyone has their own preference :)
