I;m a guy, so obviously not doing my hair with bumper rolls. But I have always been fascinated with the hairstyle Leslie Gore (my personal fave) did her flip hairstyle in the 1960's, circa the time she appeared on album covers, and The TAMI Show. Also her singing Lollipos and Rainbows on a bus in the movie Ski Weekend with Frankie Avalon.
Splendid! I was getting a little bored doing the same vintage styles. This is lovely. The Gibson roll idea is a terrific answer for what to do with shorter hair in the back. Thanks!
I have so little hair and so thin that this style is impossible in me, I'm struggling a lot to find hairstyles that adapt to the small amount of hair that I have I appreciate the advice for people with little or very thin hair really makes life easier
my bff does vintage styles, and sent me here; i have a much better idea now of what she means when she's telling me about her bumpers, LOL!! THANK YOU!! :D one note, though...for the sake of those learning, and maybe even those just curious about how YOU finish...even if it isn't the point of the lesson, please show us the BACK of your hair (at least a little) in the video :) hearing you tell what you are doing is much different than seeing it, and even if it's just a glance, it can be so helpful visualizing the whole look! that said, i've enjoyed the few videos i've watched so far; you do a great job! :)
Holy smokes. You made this look super easy (but yes I know- you’ve had years of practice!) (I’ve been following you since LIVEJOURNAL!) ok. I’m gonna go practice this now. Thanks for sharing Cherry!!! ❤️😘🍒

This whole look is cute!! 2 questions; could you do a tut for this make up look and could you (if you haven't) do a "Get Ready With Me" video?
Where did you get that hair piece? I can’t seem to find one like that anywhere.
same! I found one at my local beauty supply store, but the snaps were terrible and didnt stay snapped! so frustrating
how do you do the bobby pin hair set over night??my grandmother set her hair in bobby pins onlytruth
Where do you get the wax? I can't find it anywhere in Washington state.
Andrea Silvas I ordered mine online from suavecito.com or amazon and it is what so many pinup beauties use! Hope this helps! 🥰
