There are many songs on that album that came out of George's Beatles-Years catalog, and this and ALL THINGS always feel like a "Here's another song to John & Paul.".
Ouvir George para mim é sempre uma emoção, sou levado a minha infância quando ouvia no rádio as musicas e ficava encantado, Something, me faz chorar. George? On Hare Krishna
Great music great entanterer great person to whom he met with outrageous life goes on and what a wonderful past for us to have one ourselves lnjoy what you have received this music value for us to hear from there so much out there
There were a few, and sometimes I think 'most' were 1969 compositions. I bet George was tired of fighting over adding more of his tracks, and I think all of the Beatles were understanding they'd be releasing their own in the next year or so. "Save my best for MY album" might have occurred at least to George, and ALL THINGS is a masterpiece. But these songs of melancholy realizations surely would have been signal-flares or road-markers to Doomsville had they been included on ABBEY ROAD. George's 1967-68 pieces NOT GUILTY and SOUR MILK SEA were omitted as well, and I looked forward to hearing a good treatment of those. But maybe Phil Specter's heavy hand was simply too much. I think his absence is why I favor MATERIAL WORLD when traveling long distances.
Lovely song very beautiful
Nicely done. I like her voice and she captures the essence of the song. Great set of musicians too.
So beautiful! That slide solo! I could close my eyes and imagine George was playing it. Great job!

Isn’t it a pity that no one can create great music like this from the 60s and 70s. This is such a great version of the original song
We are lucky that great music has a life of its own! ❤ I honor George for creating music such as this!
With the Hey Jude refrain to close it all out. Lovely!

The Problem I have: I WANT MORE. Every year or two, every 5 years. MORE. Tag-team in JohnFest's, too.

Nice cover! Faithful to the original while still being original.

I’ve been a Beatles and especially George Harrison fan since they first became famous. This is absolutely my favorite version of this lovely song.
My Morning Jacket did a wonderful version at Forecastle Festival in 2012. They had the lead singer from Luna join them.
La voz de la chava que la canta le da un plus extra ademas veo una y otra vez y reitero que es mi canción favorita de George Harrison 🎸

Это беда: никто из них, кроме Дхани, недотягивает до Джорджа. Увы.
ha
They never can get the English timing.
