Very nice big and open mall. Very airy but needs more greenery, some planting inside to make it feel warmer. It will look even more beautiful when Christmas time comes with all the lights and festive decorations.

Last month as I came back for a short visit back home and happened to pass by this place on my way to MOA but, it wasn’t finish yet. Definitely it will be on my bucket list on my future visit😊
They need to work on improving the roads and providing better public transport. All the money is by private spending on building shopping malls which Manila does not need. It’s still a very poor country.
@@thebibleisanalternativetot181 Interesting trolling, the roads and transport is already constantly improving, stupidity has kept you in the dark about such things, a "very poor country" wouldnt be building new malls and all the stuff PH constantly has going up, apparently you have no idea what poor is, and you darn sure dont know what "very poor" is, "rich" countries don't even build malls cause they arent profitable, yet PH puts them up like they are lemonade stands no problem, that isn't a sign of being "poor" at all, there are some poor people, but there are poor people in every country; you have no idea what any place needs or not cause it is none of your business.
These malls are funded privately, even BGC. We'd rather witness improved roads, highways, clean & safe inner streets, decent mass- housing. Now that's real infrastructure. Much to be desired in the provinces.
I've just been here yesterday(Nov 1 2023)and checked out the parking area, for those who are wondering(though still close ATM), they have 1 level basement parking according to 1 of the security guard, the size is basically the whole lot of the mall, able to fit 1,300 cars
Yep, its rare to have street shopping experience in the country that this clean and organised. Since normal streets just quickly filled up by pop-up stalls. Not that they are bad per se, but its way too much, too common, and not as clean, organised and attractive.

Every country in Asia has the wire issue, the newer areas in this particular country have buried wires so it is no problem, the deteriorated places are going to be around no matter what, it is a waste of money focusing so much on tearing that stuff down, people dont think of what getting rid of that stuff means, it means putting alot of people out on the streets; that isnt cool. They need to work on improving the roads and providing better public transport. All the money is by private spending on building shopping malls which Manila does not need. It’s still a very poor country.

These malls are funded privately, even BGC. We'd rather witness improved roads, highways, clean & safe inner streets, decent mass- housing. Now that's real infrastructure. Much to be desired in the provinces.

I've just been here yesterday(Nov 1 2023)and checked out the parking area, for those who are wondering(though still close ATM), they have 1 level basement parking according to 1 of the security guard, the size is basically the whole lot of the mall, able to fit 1,300 cars

Yep, its rare to have street shopping experience in the country that this clean and organised. Since normal streets just quickly filled up by pop-up stalls. Not that they are bad per se, but its way too much, too common, and not as clean, organised and attractive.

There has to be an over saturation point for shopping malls there at some point. How many does Manila need? Area wise it’s not even that big.

Every country in Asia has the wire issue, the newer areas in this particular country have buried wires so it is no problem, the deteriorated places are going to be around no matter what, it is a waste of money focusing so much on tearing that stuff down, people dont think of what getting rid of that stuff means, it means putting alot of people out on the streets; that isnt cool. If you get money and position enough, then you can decide what the investors do with their money, til then, your opinion doesn't matter.
