I used to be a nurse so I really enjoy it when you explore any type of medical facility. This one was awesome. By looking at some of the equipment, it looks like it was still being used in the 90’s? That contraption in the physical therapy area used to be called a Hoyer lift, named after the man that invented it. Hoyer was the brand name, but no matter who manufactured them, they were all called Hoyer lifts. Now I think they just call them, patient lifts. You nailed it by saying it was used to move people into the tub. Those were a Godsend because they saved the staff’s backs. I could barely see your name on the board, but it’s definitely there. It looks like every explorer has been there. I can see why it’s so popular, it’s a cool place, although kinda creepy and probably dangerous as far as mold and chemicals. Glad you were wearing a mask and gloves. If you had a Hazmat suit, this would have been the time to wear it. I’ll be watching for part 2. Have a great week, my friend.😊💕👍

Thank you so much, I knew I could count on your medical expertise! I can imagine those lifts have saved alot of backs...I'll have to check my facts again, but I'm rather sure this place closed in the late 90s.
This one is quite a mess, but it's definitely a favorite for many explorers.
I hope you have a great week as well, and I hope you enjoy part 2; still lots to see in there! 👍❤😁

Awsome video. I’ll never understand how you can do explores like this alone. Super creepy. Really cool to see everything left behind

Thank you so much! It's a cool place, but definitely creepy; more weirdness is coming in part 2.
I guess I'm rather used to doing solo explores (and apparently very lucky), though a few of my most recent outings have been with a friend...it does tend to be more fun (and safer) than being alone. 👍😁

Interesting so much of the medical equipment and stuff like the cafeteria trays was left behind.

Thank you for watching and commenting! It's really fascinating to see places like this...and more than a little disconcerting. It definitely makes for a cool dystopian-style explore! 😮👍😁
