Awesome explore! The video came out perfect. Some shade and shadows go so well with this decrepit old place. I always enjoy seeing the old medical equipment. Most TB sanatoriums closed in the 50’s, since the discovery of streptomycin in 1943. A lot of the equipment in there, looked to be from the 30’s - 50’s. That old wooden wheelchair was fantastic. Yes, I remember that episode from the Office. What came to my mind was when Nellie Oleson, from Little House on the Prairie, used a similar one. I enjoy your corny jokes. Probably a tension reliever for you. I know I tend to rely on humor in stressful situations. I would’ve left there as soon as I saw those basement lights, if not before😳 I hope your boss watched this. It sure highlights your level of dedication and perseverance, not to mention your nads of steel😂 I loved how excited you were about the decay and machines. Each new floor seemed to get creepier as you went up. Yep, that camera is hard to miss. Should’ve thrown a sheet over your head and then waved at it😂 Good to see you posting again. Take care, my wonderful friend. Enjoy your summer 😊💕👍👏

@@birdnest5814 Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed this; when I reviewed it, I was more pleased with it than I thought...I'd agree, shadows are better than oversaturated lighting. Thank you for the info about TB; I wasn't sure about how old the equipment was, or what the name of the drug was.
Yes, I do remember Little House on the Prairie, though I didn't watch it much, but my dad did...I recall the little girl who went blind from (I think) scarlet fever.
Glad you like my humor, it's definitely a stress reliever, it can be hard to manage situational awareness, stealth, anxiety, excitement, and video shooting all at the same time, while providing entertainment and information at the same time...ahhh, coping mechanisms 😵‍💫🙃.
I had to laugh later, seeing the basement light, hearing the noises, and the creepy factor adding up, but I just kept going. Got out unscathed, except some poison ivy from climbing the wall (I hadn't identified it til I was mostly over the wall).
Thank you for your kind words, I love hearing from you (and the sheet suggestion was hilarious 😂), hope you have a great week, and are staying cool and hydrated in this heat. I'll see you on the next one my awesome friend! 👍❤️😁

Each floor seemed to get more decrepit the higher you went. There were a lot of things left, it seems, but also a lot of empty spaces. You're very brave. I would be a nervous wreck to go into such a building, let alone by myself, with security around. It must've been a lovely place in its heyday. Thank you so much for sharing.🏚👏🏻👏🏻

@@rhondaz356 Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Really happy this video came out decently; there were lots of frightening moments and risks...seeing the lights in the basement and hearing the beeping about ended it for me (I act brave but my anxiety is constant 😵‍💫😉).
I'm guessing this place was definitely beautiful back when, it's sad that it has to rot away, but the natural decay and overgrowth was an awesome sight. Hope you have a great weekend, and stay cool in this heat! 👍❤️😁
