As you are Indian Tamil you may find hard to understand what I mean. I try to explain what I can. For my disease mental activity is much higher than physical activity. Nutritionist say I should reduce carbs and sugar eat oily fish and nuts. Need to eat omega3 food. This says food we eat and drinks we drink makes our physical and mental health. Healthy mind does healthy actions don’t do bad behaviour. Saying for to have healthy mind need to eat fish. But according to Hinduism killing and eating is causing bad karma. But if not eating non vegetarian food that cause unhealthy mind. That makes ill behaviour. One way or another we commit sins. Last thirty years I tried to be a good person. But I couldn’t. Now I got wisdom why. All in Saturn ruling. Take thirty years for Saturn to make one circle. So every thirty years of everyone life their character and welfare of life are changing. Last thirty years I suffered a lot. Now I am in last thirty years of life. I hope will be better.
