      THATS MAJOR!
      Congrats on the big milestone!
What drove you to finally saying its time to get sober?

IDK if I was lucky, but it’s been over 9 months and I don’t crave a drop of alcohol, the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal after go’ogling and reading Steffon Barkload’s Quit Drinking Forever, not even within the first 30 days after I quit and told no one, did not need AA meetings or meds either.

    Hey man ....
Im not a regular drinking in that i dont do it consecutive days or during the week however i binge drink either a fri or a sat and get right on it i smoke cigs when i drink get on the white stuff however in the week i dontt touch any of it.
Just hate the feeling after & the 3 days it takes me to get bacj to normality .Im starting to hate the idea of having a beer now.I dont enjiy it just do it as a socialising thing ...ie meeting up with friends to watch the footie or general catch up due to boredom.
What do you suggest to do to help with the boredom ?

      Hey i feel you.
      It be like this sometimes.
You become so used to associating drinking with those activities etc.
I have made a few videos on getting sober & combatting the boredom.
Fill them up with new hobbies like working out, artwork, hiking, cooking etc.
Reclaiming some of your time & health back in process.

Hey Johnathan, that is a great question.
Speaking from experience, as I was drinking heavy for 14 years, Greatly reducing is a still a win.
There was times I went cold turkey and picked back up months after.
I recall lowering my consumption helped me eventually quit completely.

Im just a messenger & took a bit of a break creating this type of content but am back dropping vids like this.
Happy it could motivate you and my other videos.

Never stop trying. Every attempt you are building skills that are going to help you when it eventually sticks.
I just had to decide thats it. Im not cutting back. Im not taking a break. I'm all the way done.
Whatever guy I used to be died in that hotel room when I hit bottom - again - and a different me came out of it. A guy who does not drink. Thats it. Thats what Im doing with my second life. I wanted to die when I was drinking. So I did. Now I am a guy who does not drink. Im healthy and capable. Absolutely worth it no complaints whatsoever. Years into it now. Would give anything to have done that at 30 instead of 40.

      Claim it!
I love your affirmation & owning being done with drinking.
I too let the old version of me die along with this toxic addiction.
You are a better man without it.
Better late than never - congrats.
      Keep IGNITING your sobriety
