Just finished setting my travel limits. This action packed video with minimal commentary enabled me to do the job safely and quickly. And with a good practical understanding of what I was doing. much appreciated - thanks Jason.

Garage door was frozen this morning. After opening with the remote the chain jumped ship! Your video was very helpful! We are up and running again! Thanks for video.

Recently replaced the electronic sensors. Need to close without hitting the button to stop closing.

Excellent video jason! It was interesting how you pointed out how the force setting dials should never be turned up all the way. So my question to you is why would we never want to adjust the settings all the way up? And at the same time what could be the possible problems that would require the force levels to be adjusted to their maximum?

So I have an opener that looks similar but doesn't have the knobs to adjust limits that I can see. It has buttons instead but unfortunately, the up button seems dead.

I do need to adjust my limits on the 8165. I know how to do it. If I can, I will make a video showing how on a MyQ unit
