yay I'm so glad to see this video from you, Petra, and I love your idea of a "core collection"! your tarot journal is absolutely *stunning* (and I was in the rabbit hole of tarot some years ago, and you've inspired me to dive back in more intentionally!). I love all of your setups here, and it is helping me to think about what I want in my "core collection" and how I would love to be more creative in the new year! even the new hobonichi weeks that you will use for your planner, when you opened it up and I saw how you decorated it in the front and other pages, I gasped because it was so beautiful! thank you so much for sharing! 🥰

Thank you so much for watching and your kind comment! 😃 ❤️ Haha yes, as many things beautiful, tarot can also be a rabbit hole 🙈 I don't mind them, I love to deep dive and hyper focus but at the same time I have to constantly remind myself to maintain a balance that's comfortable and resonates with my values. That part is tricky! 😁 But, I am very enthusiastic and enjoy learning and would love to be able to share more here, even if it's just occasionally and informally. Also, I love chatting with fellow enthusiasts, exchange experiences and knowledge regarding stationery and I believe it would be so much fun to be able to do that in the tarot sphere. 😊

I love your Tarot journal idea. I created flash cards for myself when I was starting out that I altered as my knowledge grew. I still consider myself a beginner and this idea is a great one! I might need to do this too! I also use tarot and oracle cards in the exact same way that yo do. I would definitely be interested in this if you did some kind of series on the matter. I love seeing others perspective on cards and decks and how we can use them to enrich our thinking for the better.

I’ve been figuring out HOW I was going to se my weeks to record my tarot. Specifically the blank page on the other side of the week. You gave me a great idea! The weeks part card I can record my daily pull and the blank part I can choose a card of the week to do a deeper dive into. Thanks so much. And 2024 will be my first year giving this a go so I’d love to see more tarot content. Thank You! BTW, I like that grey trifold you have your 5year in. I’ve seen and contemplated the green but would prefer the grey. Where did you get it if you don’t mind me asking.

Hi! I would love to hear more about your tarot journal! I have one too. It's been my hyperfocus since the the end of January or February. I'm looking forward to starting it over because I want to add info that I didn't know due to not knowing practically anything 🤔 I'm still trying to organise my thoughts in the format. I've always wanted to learn about tarot but never took the plunge until I also learned how is used in psychology and is also the desire to bring a bit of magic to my life 😅

Yes to Tarot talk! I also keep a Tarot journal, but there I do record my consulting spreads, along with my perception of the message.
