Hmm well I was a little interested in how you did this striper when I clicked on the video. I watched it. Saw you mow a few passes, some of them are wrong. No pictures, no comments, on the striper. Thumbs down all day long buddy. Doesn't Simplicity make a better striper for their riding mowers.
Sorry, I haven't posted too many things to TH-cam before before. I realized afterwards I should have explained the concrete broom used for striping. There is another video explaining the striping kit. Simplicity makes a full set of rollers that go across the rear of the mower deck on their more expensive mowers. I no longer have this mower and purchased a Legacy by Simplicity which has the full roller kit. It gives amazing stripes.
Thanks for posting a video. I have a different brand mower and was just looking for ideas on a home made striper for it. The Simplicity question was rhetorical. I'll look for your other video though. I've heard that a broom/roller combo is the way to go.
Looks great
genius! can we get a closer look at the brush and mount?
It's uploaded. Search Jason Hazelett to see.
Mowing in the morning, while it is still wet? Rookie mistake.
Sun sets in the west.
I will get a pic tonight for you

dutch971 I made one similar to the lawn care nut's striper he did with his dad using 4" pvc. pretty solid and does decent
Weak at best.
