First, it was sampled by Diamond D & The Psychotic Neurotics “Freestyle (Yo, That’s That Sh…)" (1992), followed by Faith Evans “Mesmerized” (2005), then Sean Price & MF Doom “60 Bar Dash” (2005) and finally De La Soul’s “Freestyle (Dat Sh*t)” (2006). Ron Carter played with the greatest small combo group ever. Miles Davis on trumpet, the recently passed away legendary Saxophonist Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock on piano/ keys, Ron Carter on bass, and the baddest dude to ever pick up the sticks Tony Williams on drums, who start playing with Miles as an 17 year old!!! These guys were on another level with their musianship!!!

All day long i play guess that sample with my wife and daughter (they hate it, but they learn). I am a 2nd gen DJ. My pops started DJing in the 60's in college I started in 79 at 9years old. So I love samples.
