I’ve got a similar problem with my Fusion. After an accident, I rebuilt the air bag system and have one error code that I think has something to do with the weight sensor on the passenger side seat. Thanks to you, now I’ve gotta check the fuses 😂 never thought of that! Also, I’m glad you got something useful on your last trip to Johnny’s. I’m gonna miss that place, and I’ve never been there, other than through your videos!

Unwrecked, they shut down a couple of salvage yards in the Metro Detroit area. What I heard was the township, EPA and housing development were behind the shutting down one of the salvage yard. I also have heard that a couple of corporations that deals automotive parts and salvage vehicles are shutting down the independent salvage yards. the EPA is making it impossible to have a salvage yards certain communities, either the environment or more housing. What is happening in Pennsylvania to salvage yards? There was a salvage yard South of the Pennsylvania Turnpike near Harrisburg, PA. I don’t know if that was shut down.
So sad about Johnny’s… LKQ is taking over with their over priced parts, and it sucks. I have two independents left, one is about 45 min further than LKQ but their prices are nearly half…. I try to support them as much as I can.

I would probably do the Oil Cooler seals whilst I had the manifold off. They leak all the time and you end up mixing oil in the coolant. Bleeding the system is a nightmare though. I never knew you could get an aluminium thermostat housing I did the job on the Vauxhall version of a near identical engine and could only find the original plastic Vauxhall part, though I only changed it because the oil cooler was leaking into the cooling system and everything was filled with chocolate milk

Sadly junk yards are a thing of the passed were I live there hasn't been junk yards for probably ten years now and it's honestly sad

You can buy aftermarket 6.5" speakers , cut the old GM speaker [ ribs and all ] and bolt it to the OEM bracket. They sound worlds better.

I funneled my mother-in-laws yapping into one tire and it inflated the thing to 35psi in less than a minute.
That's weird, I feel deflated when I hear mine.
Those 1.4 turbo fail because of PCV check valve. Or some other reason. Turbo don't usually fail on their own
