You know, TOP has an obsession with art (and chairs)...This MV was based on Dadaism, (doom DADA), there are Salvador Dalì references, Planet of the apes references and other stuff about evolution. You can also check the lyrics and you'll found out the message he wanted to tell. He's amazing like that and the MV practically describes him and his ideas. It's still not enough to know his personality tho, because as you get to know him, he's an actual shy angel with a big heart and a lot of passion ;)

DOOM DADA is a reference to Dadaism (art movement) which was a form of anarchistic art and music which melded random concepts to create an anarchistic disgust towards the things considered normal values socially and politically. It's classed as an art movement however it's bases in the early 20th century was anti-art.
The mv is so good but once you hear the live version, MIND BLOWING!

Two words for me that describes top mv . Evolution and Revolution.
Man evolving FRM apes into humans. But it takes years so in those years in the mv top showed the different changes FRM 1 constitution to another. He showed his ideas of war and humanity. He also kind of portray some political stuff. Like him being powerful superior. sees others needs the leader but turned blind eye. We see top leading a baby in creepy forest and started talking bout mass media and I think it's about the generations for music. Essentially the idol culture&how many companies shit out crappy rappers without teaching/training them. They just remove any sense of identity. They r being controlled. No freedom. And what I understood in the song or message Break free from the control of society& media. No worries and have your own style, your own voice and free will.

The reference of apes is to a segment of 2001: A Space Odyssey. In the movie the apes, have their first revelation that bones can be used as tools. It's supposed to be a moment of Darwinism. The first moment that supposedly apes made the first transition toward becoming man.

This video is kind of weird lol, but it has a lot of art references in it. Also a lot of people have said that the monkeys and the baby are supposed to represent other rappers and how they're in evolved compared to him and he's their leader.
Also maybe it was from the same people that made Psy's videos since Bigbang and Psy are from the same agency.
+LumosMist no i think he said the baby represented humanity like as society or something like that, there's a lot of tricky things like the zebra thing? it isn't even a zebra is a horse painted like one but he wanted to do that so it means something like fakeness or something like that, but all of these things he has said them personally ... only i don't remember where :(

Best interpretation I read is that its reference to a popular art movement in the past called "dada-ism" which was about painting random nonsensical things.
