I have two german shepherds a boy and girl, I've had th since they were puppies, and I almost wish I didn't get them because they are so sweet and loyal, and if anything bad ever happens to them I'm going to be a mess.

My german shepherd just died today..He was put into sleep this morning because he had cancer and it was really painful, he was 10 years old, he recently stopped eating or walking, it was painful for me to see that so I put him to sleep this morning, he passed peacefully in this sleep, I hope he's in heaven enjoying unlimited snacks and being a good boi.
@@edinabudai5586 Yes it could. It's a lot bigger and more powerful. But the cat, you'll notice, was pawing around the dog's face. If that cat had gotten annoyed and really used its claws, it could have taken one of the dog's eyes out. Fortunately, both animals were playful and calm. But you never can tell with critters.
@@edinabudai5586 He doesn't "know" any such thing. Animals act out of impulse or instinct quite frequently, and sometimes that's the wrong thing to do. It also depends entirely on how aggressive the dog is. I've personally seen cats scratch dogs that were much bigger than them, and all the dog did was run off yelping in pain.

I look forward to Rocky's adventures every day, I'm 75 years old, and just lost my 2 babies (dogs) within 2 year time. Watching Rocky helps fulfill the emptiness somewhat.

I had dog and when he had a medical problem that was not solveable he had to be put down to avoid further suffering ! What made it even harder ,it was the day my sister had the most important test doing her studies to become a chemical doctor! So we decided not to tell her right away on that day , so she could concentrate on that ! She was angry with us , wanting to say goodbye and so on , we should have waited with the put down order she said, but in my opinion it would have been selfish to let the dog suffer more than he needed to for that ! It was a very hard decision to make !
This friendship is amazing! A cat will NEVER expose its belly unless he/she feels completely at ease with their buddy. They won't stick around if they feel in the slightest bit threatened. Their relationship is true.

Simon is fearlessly relentless in trying to train Rocky. However Rocky is gradually testing the waters and seeing how far he can take the aggressive play. 🙏
Adorable buddies. My Tank, loved all animals and wanted to hang out. He'd lay for hours in the front yard (no fence) and sleep. People thought he was dead. I sure miss him.
I find it amazing how Rocky can control himself not to devour Simon’s head seeing he could easily do it if he wants too. Simon on the other hand is still the fearless one
Our old Shepard used to grab my arm wen he wanted to go for a run. They never hurt you. They just hold you. God our old Shepard looks and acts like yours. And thats going back over 30 years ago
My son's GSD herded the children back to the house if she thought they were getting too far away. She would take their hand in her mouth if they didn't comply.
