Our first two dogs used to spend long periods play fighting. One was a soft yellow labrador, the other an intact lab/collie cross male, the male dog was so much stronger and able than the female lab but the boy dog used just enough strength to have a good play fight.

@@christopherstube9473 great, I see what you mean. But as you say, it’s not normal for a dog to open up his weak points to an enemy. These are household friends play fighting , nothing more. A dog in a real fight will not open his throat or belly to an attack.

It's absolute mutual trust. Something that's rare among a dog and cat. Truth is the cat is the most exceptional IMO as dogs are game whenever but a cat has to be a special soul to play like this.

I agree with you! This must be their routine play activity as no one there stopped them, and they sure seem to have practiced this dance a time or two before then. They're a funny pair!!
Actually playing fight is a cat thing !
Dogs never play fight , and I bet the cat taught the dog this game , saying the cat getting upset is totally idiotic , I'm guessing you r a dog person !?
Our first two dogs used to spend long periods play fighting. One was a soft yellow labrador, the other an intact lab/collie cross male, the male dog was so much stronger and able than the female lab but the boy dog used just enough strength to have a good play fight.
Absolutely hilarious how crazy they are together and talking to each other too. The dog grunting and the car meowing and chasing each other so funny. My misses finds this great and funny that they get along like they do. Excellent keep it up pets!!
Yeah we all know what your role play fetish is...🤣🤣🤣
0:25
The dog: "Cat fren wunna play?"
The cat: "DOG. WE DUEL. ENDURANCE TEST BISH."
I thought the cat said bless you
I love that the dog conveys it's all play, by sneezing.
Amazing how nothing in the room gets ruined and everything stays on the table. Great to watch😊😊
That dog has some moves.
YEAH??? Really??? Did you see the cat at 02:12?!?!?!?!?!?!?!????
His Ju Jitsu is strong.
And that cat has balls
@@donatellohamato8666 Yeah it's probably a male....
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
@@gbsailing9436 I clearly didn't mean literal 'balls'.... It was figurative, genius.....
Do yourself a favor, take an IQ test, then seek social disabilities.
I laughed so hard, it felt wonderful.
Dogo so light on her feet, and the cat so willing to dance.
When the world watches them play, we are all living are best lives.
Thanks for sharing the joy ❤
That's the most amazing thing I've ever seen! That dog is so fast and agile.
He can actually out maneuver the cat.
Who taught that dog Ju Jitsu?
We recently adopted a stray kitten. He is being trained up in the ways of both masters. He is the Shadow of Jackson. His tail is bobbed. Recently Springer has begun training him as well. We call him.... Wahoo!
The Gracies.
The dog's a Black Collar, the dog equivalent of a Black Belt.
Most animals naturally know “ju jitsu”.. There is a video of 2 huge grizzlies fighting and they are demonstrating high level grappling in the fight. The Gracies didn’t invent the style, nature did, they just recognized it and brought it to humans.
Dog is like, “dude, wanna roll?”
That is the fastest dog I've seen. I could watch their antics for hours! Such fun watching their "play-fighting".
You know there's LOVE between them; LOOK at how the dog lays on his back and PASSIVELY attacks the cat. Cat is so cool.
I loved watching these two lively animals playing around. The way the doggo dives into the cat while spinning onto his back is adorable.
I was afraid to click on this because most people put out videos of cats getting hurt by dogs. These two are friends and you can tell with their play. Great video and thanks for sharing with us. ❤💕
As I was watching, I was thinking...wondering if they're moving, what's with all the boxes. Then I saw the 'cat' door cut in the side of the box. I was like OH, yep got the same set up, when our cat needs to escape the dog too. Love it when his paw comes flying out of the box at the dog.
Wow... I am speechles... Never in my life would I have believed this, I'm amazed (for lack of a better, stronger word).
Soo great to watch the 2!!! Thank you for sharing these 2 treasures' game! I've seen it more than 15 times and I still discover new 'moves'. Love these creatures, how can one NOT love them... 💖💖💖💖💖
I so enjoyed watching these 2 play. Both quik as greased lightning. Some of us are green with envy over your playful pets. Kudos!
That is the cutest thing! The amount of fun they are having!! So sweet!
If they weren’t mates, there’s no way that dog would lay on its back.
The dog seems to not be using dog culture at that point, but is using his being on his back such as a cat would so that he can block the cat with all his feet. He is very adept in the form.
@@christopherstube9473 great, I see what you mean. But as you say, it’s not normal for a dog to open up his weak points to an enemy. These are household friends play fighting , nothing more. A dog in a real fight will not open his throat or belly to an attack.
@@hajorodyk1470 also, the dog is a she, a bitch
@@christopherstube9473 and? That’s supposed to make some sort of difference in your opinion? The only time a dog of either sex will roll onto its back, is as an act of submission. I’m glad you have an opinion on the matter. And that’s your right. I have mine too and don’t wish to discuss it with you. Sorry.
It's absolute mutual trust. Something that's rare among a dog and cat. Truth is the cat is the most exceptional IMO as dogs are game whenever but a cat has to be a special soul to play like this.
That's amazing how well they play together!
Joe Rogan: "Jaimie, pull up that video of the dog and cat doing Jujutsu"
So true.
Catjutsu :)
Doggo almost pulled off a berimbolo a couple of times
Almost? I saw that cat tap.
They're playing all the way 😁 so cool to watch. Those two are keeping each other in great shape.
I love these kinda dogs - they imitate the cat play style, rolling onto their backs, using paw swipes, and pouncing
That upside down foot in the face (0:47) by the doggo had me rolling.
absolutely, followed shortly by the cat trying to jump through a forest of dog legs
I love when the dog laid on its back trying to draw the cat in like Arnold in predator and the cat didn't take the bait and tried to circle around like the predator did
''KKKKRRRRRRRR..Over here....''
What are you waitin' for? I'm ovuh heeeyuh!
I agree and you see how the cat plotted and sized the dog up how he was going to jump in there on the attack. So funny and very entertaining. What family won't stop laughing? Get your snacks for Friday Night wrestling. I love the way the cat talks to him before he goes in on a great attack as to say "Dude I'm coming in on you, watch out here I come" (LOL)
hahahaha love this observation of strategy.. i thought it was quite altruistic of the dog to do this and would ensure the cat didn't get on its high horse, so i like this perspective on both of their responses being sneakier than i had imagined and am thoroughly bemused by Predator ref
They look like they are having fun and enjoying themselves
So cute. Can imagine those two will be friends for life.
That dog is hella agile
he got that from watching the cat
@@donaldmason7081 ..... Word ! ! !
I usually don't comment on year-old videos, but I made an exception for this one. It is easily the best sparring between a cat and a dog that I have ever seen. They both seem very well matched and it would be tough for me to pick a winner between the two of them. That is to say, I think it's probably both of them.
The cat is so serious looking and the dog is just bouncing around.
Most cats and dogs couples are like this
I felt the cat's pride was a bit miffed.
