    I loved attending this event! I always enjoy hearing Carol Morley speak about film and she gave a fantastic intro to Nights of Cabiria. Wonderful film too - it's the first time I'd seen it and I loved it.

    I've just realised I was there! I remember the presentation. Great film too. It's melancholic, looking back, because a couple of months later all the cinemas closed for a year. I remember seeing Lawrence of Arabia at the BFI on 14 March, and a week later everything shut down.

    i think that Nights of Cabiria was the saddest movie i have ever seen

      I think Jackass 3-D was the saddest movie I ever (partly) saw.
