- You find yourself in a shop in downtown Innsmouth (located on the corner of Cosmic Horror Avenue and Eldritch Abomination Lane) which is owned and operated by Cthulhu (Kevin, in English and to his patients and close friends). When he's not busy experimenting on patients at Arkham Sanitarium, he's here at his shop offering a variety of curiosities that he's gathered from across the multiverse, all of which seem to have a tingling, soporific quality about them.

I don’t know why, but it’s so cute to me the idea that an elder god, Cthulhu is just a nervous businessman selling things that he doesn’t really know what they are.

I'm guessing something about playing Dave on camera must be very difficult since we seem to only see Dave like once a year. I got to thank ER for helping me sleep this past summer I had broken 2 bones in my arm/wrist and it was so uncomfortable to sleep I remember the first night I put on ER I fell asleep instantly
