Because of Ajim, I am ashamed of Nigerian bloggers who are supposed to showcase Nigeria’s greatness to the world but instead they go to other countries to denigrate their beautiful country, make the people there happy and give them more reasons to label Nigeria as the most corrupt country and portray Nigeria as the poorest country in Africa. They will surely regret it for the rest of their lives……..Ajim God bless you, your attitude shows that you were well brought up by your parents and you are a well educated and well brought up person. Nigerians, if you want to compare any country with Nigeria, compare it with developed countries like China, India, Canada, USA, please stop comparing Ghana with Nigeria, please promote Ghana, talk good things about Ghana but never compare it with Nigeria in any blog, thank you…….Nigeria is great 👍
Yes, am ashamed of them too but unfortunately they will continue since there is money to be made. There is a ready market in ghana for negatives on nigeria. I work in Saudi Arabia, and I discovered that the Gulf countries, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, and Kuwait, have clear and strict laws that define the way of work for foreigners, businessmen, and ordinary workers, as the rules do not allow foreigners to work in everything, they only work in specific jobs, and therefore you find that the law protects citizens here... The open market theory does not work in our continent.
There MUST BE "Local content" in every buinesses done by foreign companies in Nigeria. Meaning, you can't establish without Nigeria and Nigerians ARE NOT part of it. ie Pizza Hut can advertise on TV long as the models are Nigerians. Branding of any product must also include Nigerian local content. Techno, Samsung, etc can run ads but the faces of models MUST be black faces. etc
Ajim...It would be good idea if you do an interview to an accountant and explain the steps to create a company in Nigeria (the differents types of companies (if could be 1 person or must be 2 or more) ...the building where the company must be register the name, the documents, the web domain, how much is create it, the taxes to pay...so you can promotion to do that because is the correct way to work, even if you are 1 person.

THE AFRICAN ORIGIN OF MARTIAL ARTS The African origins of martial arts offer a compelling narrative of ancient combat systems deeply intertwined with culture, spirituality, and history. African Martial Arts like all other martial arts has evolved from other styles of combat. Some styles are based on grappling while others involve striking with or without weapons. Some of these martial arts play an important part in society with organized competitive bouts that are watched by thousands. Many of the African martial arts were developed out of peoples need to protect themselves and their town or tribe. Today these martial arts are now practiced in organized competition or just for fun among friends. Zulu stick fighting is one of the African martial arts exclusive to the men of a tribe originating from the Bantu people of southern Africa used in battle, self-defense, ceremonies and recreation. Musangwe is a bare knuckle style of Boxing that is practiced in South Africa by the Venda people for hundreds of years. Engolo is another of the African martial arts that developed in South Angola, near to the Cunene river. This martial art is thought to be an initiation for youngsters from tribes in the surrounding region. Many of the moves are reminiscent of the Brazilian art of Capoeira. Dambe, hailing from West Africa, particularly Nigeria, is a traditional form of boxing that incorporates strikes and grappling techniques. It is often performed as part of cultural festivals and celebrations. Besua is a wrestling style from Cameroon, central Africa which emerged in Cameronian ancient history as a battle between two men Ngominga & Malobe representing their villages over land disputes, a choice over taking up arms and causing bloodshed. The 'Donga', or stick fight, is practised by Suri tribesmen in Ethiopia at the end of each harvest. It combines combat with ritual and sport and aims to get young men used to bloodshed - which leaders believe comes in handy if they clash with other tribes. Another martial art that is gaining popularity is laamb, or Senegalese wrestling, from West Africa which started as a recreational pastime for farmers and fishermen exchanging goods. Istunka is a Somalian fighting style that uses sticks today but was once popular for its use of armor and lethal weapons. Sudanese wrestling, or Nuba wrestling, takes place during farming festivals. Matches are traditionally a community event, passed down by champions. Tahtib (or Tahteeb) is an ancient Kemetic Martial Art practiced for more than 5000 years. I agree with you completely. I have argued that African rulers and academia do not understand what foreign investment really means and what is really intended in Africa.
IT IS PART OF NIGERIAN FOREIGN POLICY. TO ENGENDER AND FOSTER PEACE IN AFRICA. ONLY NIGERIA HAS THAT AS ITS FOREIGN POLICY IN THE WORLD. EVEN IF THINGS ARE NOT GOING WELL IN NIGERIA, SHE STAND TO HELP OTHE AFRICAN COUNTRY IN ALL RAMIFICATION

The laws are implemented but have varying success as they've further perpetuated elitism those who make money leave the townships as soon as they can . The small business owners of foreign descent, especially the ones in the townships (which tend to be the poorer areas ) face different economic struggles as poverty is rife in the areas they want to conduct business. The best way to describe it would be to say the poorer people don't they feel should not be competing with foreign nationals for what little resources they have access to .There are also some business owners who don't practise good business and end up giving foreigners a bad reputation. Eg, Naija =drugs and fraud , which is obviously not true .
@mcdonald1821 I'm from South Africa . Saying it is taken is a bit of a stretch as I and those around me have seen our lives drastically improved post apartheid , there is a reason so many people still migrate here despite the xenophobia that is purpoted to be everywhere , there are still (limited) opportunities if you are willing to work. I would say the majority of people don't want to own big companies, etc .people just want good jobs to take care of their families
Ajim great jobs usually before Nigerian having 60% shares of any foreign company coming to established iim Nigeria. Other African country are very timid and scare of foreign investors. The Southeast of Nigeria owned by the Igbos has laws that prevent selling of lands to foreigners even other Nigerians from different region cant buy land in the Southeast of Nigeria..
It is not true no more, that is what we southwest of Nigeria was made to believed longtime ago. In East Family land (OBI) is not allowed but any other land is good to go.I stand to be corrected my Igbo people.
This topic was a national discussion, and there were reasons to that. East doesn't have vast lands like North and West. Erosion affected a lot of the fertile lands. If the law was applied in the east as you claimed, how Igbos would have gotten properties in other regions? Pls, stop misinformation
I do not totally agree with you Ajim. The Nigerias local content law came about in 2010 , signed into law by the then president goodluck Jonathan because the people of the niger-Delta region protested against foreign companies -oil companies bring in expertriate from their own country to take certain high level and skilled positions in their company e.g shell, Chevron, ExxonMobil etc. so the government had to take a decisive step to stop the madness. Secondly, there are also e-hailing companies that are owned by Nigerians such as Palmdrive, Fast drive and InDrive. Most of these companies only own part of the shares and not all. For instance, bolt and Uber only owned 60% of the shares of their company while Nigerians own 40%. Even shop right is owned by a Nigerian company by the name Ketron investment limited and the owner is Tayo Amosun. Please, Ajim do your research properly.😂😂😂😂
You're wrong bro the one you're talking about it's on oil but the one he was referring to had been in existence since the 70s by Gen Gowon if you want to establish any company in Nigeria as foreigner your chairman or the executive must have a Nigerian as either the chairman or one of the executive members. The one you referring to is a 30% to domicile in Nigeria of any components of a Job to be carried out must be for the indeginous Nigerians like fabrication, welding and other except a thing Nigeria could not carry it out
Every country is fighting some sort of oppression. And countries are growing in understanding how to fight and represent it's self politically and economically. It's embarrassing to see foregners trying to explain and teach South Africans on the South African struggle. We are fighting our own battle and we tell our own story Nigeria should tell the Nigerian storey and leave south Africa alone. Until we have mutual respect we can live with each other. But the idea of undermining SA is so sick
Bro as igbo guy.. I have found out that a lot of people in this world and africa are timid too timid. That is why thier woman is dominaring over them .
I’ve known about this Nigerian law for sometime now…That’s the more reason, I don’t understand why President Tinubu is bending those rules and allowing France in through the back door, to built Military Industrial Complexes in northern Nigeria, in order to gain negative access to former French colonies and hurt them.
Good day 😊 all please no discrimination leave south Africa.south Africa is a rainbow nations for all races and we love it we have Ubuntu stay out of our problem as you say it peace
Has this system help Nigeria,in every country needs foreign investors,in Ghana has the same laws ,before you start your content do your research about Ghana 🇬🇭 and south Africa 🇿🇦.
South African are not willing to copy any law we are happy with our law we are not complaining about our law please promote African country without talking bad about onother country
Foreigners don't come there because of insecurity. I work with a mining company in Nigeria and the percentage is 75% for Australia company and 25% for Nigerian government. So you don't know what you're talking about. 2019 when we met your government this is the shares of %.

We are fighting our own battle and we tell our own story Nigeria should tell the Nigerian storey and leave south Africa alone.
Until we have mutual respect we can live with each other. But the idea of undermining SA is so sick
It’s outside perspective vs inside perspective, they only understand Mzansi through their lens and we understand Mzansi personally.
Bro as igbo guy..
I have found out that a lot of people in this world and africa are timid too timid.
That is why thier woman is dominaring over them .

Why don't you talk about ur Country Cameroon for once. Or is there nothing to talk about ur Country??
I’ve known about this Nigerian law for sometime now…That’s the more reason, I don’t understand why President Tinubu is bending those rules and allowing France in through the back door, to built Military Industrial Complexes in northern Nigeria, in order to gain negative access to former French colonies and hurt them.
This your advice is making Nigeria poorer and will make Africa poor.
Yes it has help us more than u think. Stop capping anyhow
Its a Nigeria owned economy. Can't say same for you. Ghana may have same laws but obviously not implementing it properly.
South African are not willing to copy any law we are happy with our law we are not complaining about our law please promote African country without talking bad about onother country
In order for people to understand Mzansi a bit clearly they must delve into its history starting in the 1400s.
Foreigners don't come there because of insecurity. I work with a mining company in Nigeria and the percentage is 75% for Australia company and 25% for Nigerian government. So you don't know what you're talking about. 2019 when we met your government this is the shares of %.

These laws you propose are anti economic laws. You took about Dubai is inaccurate. Ghana and Nigeria are suffering. Africa don’t follow this fellow
