Baked Meatloaf Alaska

BAKED MEATLOAF ALASKA
1 package brown gravy mix
2 teaspoon instant minced onion
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 servings mashed potatoes
Combine brown gravy mix with ground beef, minced onion and pepper. Shape into a loaf 2 inches high. Prepare mashed potatoes adding chopped chives. Spread over meat loaf. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melts.
