Same, I think it's something about the silver webbing pattern that strings it all together, it really seems to give it some kinda flare, plus the eye pieces aren't white they're a visor like piece with pulls it all together but mainly the webbing design
In "Enter Electro"'s "Create a Spider" I always added enhanced strength and higher jumping to the black suit... seeing as the symbiote also did that for Spidey, having just unlimited webbing felt lackluster
I didn’t think it was that hard at least nowadays but I guess back being younger it was pretty difficult especially the combat tours that had harder enemies. The tokens were a pain unless you had the guide or looked them up. The Johnny Storm races especially the final one was the hardest part at least for me and I find it challenging still today. The city events were just city events so they weren’t hard. It probably wasn’t worth the grind but I’m proud I was able to do it. It took me a long time but I was satisfied afterwards.
And the saddest part is that there's nothing left to do in the game once you unlock it. There's no new game plus, so the only thing you can do is replaying races for better medals.

My favorite Spidey suit. Always makes Spider-Man look badass, and in the PS1 games, helps a lot on Hard difficulty. I love the fact that in comics the Black Suit makes Parker stronger and have infinite webbing despite becoming more aggressive due to the Symbiote. But Ultimate Spider-Man is a disgrace! It doesn't add any bonus effects at all!

I remember some people complained about Peter being Carnage in that show even though Peter is famously known for being Carnage in the Ultimate Spider-Man game which was intended to be canon in the comics (although I believe it might have been retconned now but I’m not sure).
Luna kingery that is also correct, I don’t see anyone complaining about the jokester Thor we have in the MCU not being more “comic like.” I mean if they did continue making Thor more like the original source we would have more films like Thor the Dark World and less of Thor Ragnarok.

Hands down my favorite suit of all time, I love the symbiote concept and it looks really really cool. I actually have a long sleeve symbiote spider-man shirt as well.
Always liked using the black suit in the Spidey 2000 game when I had the N64 version, even though it looked more blue than black, heh. It always made those boss fights a breeze for me, not that I really needed it to be. Having unlimited webbing was also a plus.

I think I understand why people wanted the black suit in Marvel's Spiderman. I think people have gotten so use to the black suit in spider-man games because of sony's corporate like checklist behavior that they usually have and it really shows in spiderman 3 where this all even began probably hell the 2000 spider-man had the black suit before spider-man 3 even came out!
