Ultimate Venom is venom's most badass version. Kicked wolverine's ass, faced the avengers, absorbed carnage and become even more terrifying, eat people alive and even did almost the same thing with a kid, has the best roars and him being an experiment is cooler than being an alien.

The silence, the fast transition of a black screen to a big and dark Venom in first person perspective on Spider-man and then brutally stomping his face almost made me peed myself. Since Spider-man 3 I knew that he was pretty scary and became a fan but I never thought that he could be THAT scary
Web of shadows venom is probably one of his creepiest video game counter parts, aside from comics and media. Spider's Shadow venom is fucking terrifying even though last I checked it hasn't bonded with eddie.
Venom is usually more stronger then spider man unless he's near sound vibrations or fire i believe..even the giant four headed venom was scary as shit i was terrified to fight those multiple monstrous heads but venom sacrificed him self bravely to defeat that symbiotic beast that was controlling him though.
