I remember playing it as a kid and the way they let you play as Venom was just so awesome. It was like a Hulk version of Spider-Man but that couldn’t swing. Just zip around, climb buildings, and leap high asf. I really hope the Spider-Man sequel with insomniac brings some awesome things like this

The story was built of the traumatic events of Peter, and Eddie's character was extremely unsettling for a lot of the time

I think they’re going the ultimate Spider-Man route, which means venom will be Harry. Hence the ending scene with him in the tank.

@K.O.G.Fanstarks1610 Yeah they essentially take their powers from their wearer, that's why Spider-Man doesn't sense Venom with his spidey sense after he wore it, and its why Venom can "swing" like Spider-Man, even though that's considered a gadget and not a power.

Symbiote is one of the coolest concepts even back when I was a kid. I am always obsessed with the black suit that I hate the classic suit. If the black suit is not in a game or movie, I'm not interested that much (unless the game is by insomniac).

I still play ultimate spider man at least twice every year and I wish If they dragged on ps4 with these adjustments:
- more fighting combos / moves

In Spider-man 3,the symbiote landed on earth,followed to Peter Parker's apartment and then it started to bond with him and to get revenge
In marvel's Spider-man 2017,the v252(Venom) symbiote escape and begins to bond with Peter Parker/Spider-man to save people,fight crimes and protecting the city from villains.Meanwhile the venom takeover peter's mind,body and soul,and then he acts cocky,arrogant and aggressive.
The ultimate spider man cutscenes are so unique. Probably some of my favorite cutscenes from the spiderman games

Dude I'm gonna be so disappointed if the black suit isn't in the new game (which I think it will.) And if it's in the game, it better not just be another cosmetic suit. And I hope it let's us play as both spiderman and miles, and hopefully venom
Considering the icon of the game is black with the white spider compared to the first game's red and white spider icon it's pretty safe to say we're getting some black suit action, plus this is Insomniac, they'll deliver some amazing gameplay for the suit as well if the already new iron spider arms show us anything
