Well paladins are basically the equivalent of Astarte in fallout. I guess I have to make myself clear when I say paladins are LIKE the equivalent of Astartes in the fallout universe. This did a great job at making the Brotherhood seem terrifying. Despite having won, lots of the NCR troops you talk to in NV seem to really view the BoS as a boogeyman because of the sheer casualties they inflicted, and this really brings that to life.
I mean it is rather terrifying. Sure, the NCR will stomp a group of BoS cadets or recruits without PA, but the moment those guys show up it takes the Rangers to deal with them, or throw bodies at them.
I love FO4's laser rifle sounds. The weapon just sounds so beefy and threatening even when you're just powering it on. FO4's sound design really doesn't get the credit it deserves, especially when it's held back by poor usage of an otherwise excellent sound system.
The funny thing about the laser weapons in FO4 is they're all nerfed. There's a bug that keeps them from doing full damage. 76 addressed this with invaders from beyond. Meaning that they can be even more of a beast if fixed.
@virtualdentity2685 I rather like the design of the AER9, it looks minimalist and utilitarian, which is exactly what a nation in a war and dealing with shortages of everything would be producing. And modular, though that's kind of a retcon and honestly one of the weaker parts of the weapon design, imo The grip/skeleton stock is pretty butt though, not gonna lie, I use a replacer for the weapon that maintains the overall boxy design, but fixes a lot of nitpicks I have with it.
@@crestfallenneet2167 There's a damage calculation issue where energy resistance affects energy damage more than it should. That's why a lot of energy weapons in the game are outclassed by the ballistic weapons. This also explains why the alien blaster isn't as op as it used to be.

pretty sure its one of the reasons the war started. power armored troops made it so deep into china (and the gobi desert campaign too) that the chinese had no other choice

Laser Rifles in New Vegas and Fallout 4 look like they are tickling their targets, these look downright terrifying and make absolute sense why the Brotherhood want to keep control of them.

IG the armor should provide invulnerability from small arms weapons until it breaks, or get like a 20% damage reduction against high calibre stuff, like the anti-material rifle.

Bethesda has issues with consistency and writing, but talk about a silly criticism.

If you pay attention to every member of the Brotherhood in New Vegas who will talk about Helios, they make it clear that it was a desperate battle, and that defeat was clear from the start. McNamera prevented most of the slaughter by retreating when they could, but it was a poor leadership scenario. That's why you don't let Scribes become Elders!
I love this. This is how power armor would change the battlefield. This also gives you an idea of have something like a small unit of Space Marines would dominate a battlefield. (Kinda funny how both universes have Psykers and they changed how PA works and looks in Fallout. I'm not complaining. Keep it going. 😏)
I like how as soon as the minigun starts shooting the ncr run, A perfectly human and understandable reaction since theres *nothing you can even do in that situation but get out of sight or just run away. Love that.

I loved the emotions it adds more depth to the animation, you can feel the fear in the NCR soldiers the second power and miniguns we're thrown in the mix.
The moment I heard "Fire team deployed!" I knew that my heart was breaking, because I will never get a Fallout RTS anywhere near the quality of this animation.
Imagine you are a regular NCR trooper, fresh off a farm somewhere close to Hub... and then you are sent into battle not with humans but with a huge, metal-cladded semi-human/semi-tank with a minigun. I would just fall down and cry

Просто интересно с помощью чего НКР может продавить такую оборону, ибо в первой серии было прекрасно видно, что таких машин смерти в силовой броне как минимум полтора десятка если не больше. Очень жду продолжения, я восхищаюсь твоей работой и прекрасно понимаю каково это в одиночку делать и такие анимации, звуки выстрелов так еще и озвучка есть, можно будет потом из всех серий сделать один короткий фильм и наслаждаться твоим творчеством долгое время. Beautiful animation, I love that you’re showing the brotherhood in combat armor and power armor it really makes it feel like they’re a military force rather than just a bunch of tanks. The armor and clothing on the NCR is amazing too, I always saw NCR gear as thrown together gear from prewar stock piles but this really makes it feel like it’s been produced post war and it makes the NCR feel like an actual military.
I LOVE this. The laser weapons actually sound intimidating and feel crazy strong and the power armor paladins actually have a terrifying presence when compared to your normal soldier. Keep it up man!
I love the impact that the laser weapons have holy shit - ive always thought in the games they were a little bit cartoony but the way you did the sound effects and impact is soooo good. Gives me a newfound appreciation for energy weapons
My man has done a great work of making the power armor soldiers that are in those unstoppable dreadnought juggernaut of an power armor just has that feeling of us when we used bullets on them, even the most powerful guns with the armor piercing bullets casings, just would be bouncing off the armor shells of this god tier armor suit of a unit, it's just a chef's kiss of this short video alone. Thank you man, you made the strength, fierce power, and veracity of these units of the B.O.S then you my man is a man of knowledge and culture as well, i respect you for that.
so good. I wish the camera was a LITTLE more steady. It definitely gets the feel across of the heavy fire. But just like 20% less shuddering during the blasting. also makes no sense the amount of recoil on the laser rifles but I am actually totally fine with that I love the sound and blasty feel of them. also the audio and just FEEL of things is wonderful. I think that was one of my biggest gripes about FNV and F4- the guns just felt like... plinky. No real OOMF to them. Love how you did that here, and the movement of the characters and lighting is just top notch. Man F4 screwed up mini guns so badly- love how they are portrayed here. Keep up the great work!!!

Big boy probably walked up while the minigun was giving them ear damage and making them shit their pants. In fact the only reason the minigun stopped firing was probably because it's barrel was overheating and also to give this dude a chance to jumpscare these poor dudes XD

That soldier with the Automatic Rifle (BAR 1918) had about the same experience I had using that gun 😩 - Can't hit the broad side of a barn and .308 AP (-15DT) barely scratches Paladin Armor (31DT at high level)
Man I love how Sodaz does the best heavy armor troopers in his animation. The gun sound powerful, the impact sound powerful.

If you pay attention to every member of the Brotherhood in New Vegas who will talk about Helios, they make it clear that it was a desperate battle, and that defeat was clear from the start. It's why everyone was begging Father Eijah to call a retreat.

I love this. This is how power armor would change the battlefield. This also gives you an idea of have something like a small unit of Space Marines would dominate a battlefield.

I loved the emotions it adds more depth to the animation, you can feel the fear in the NCR soldiers the second power and miniguns we're thrown in the mix.
The moment I heard "Fire team deployed!" I knew that my heart was breaking, because I will never get a Fallout RTS anywhere near the quality of this animation.

SODAZ, это лучшая анимация из тех, которые я видел когда либо, есть конечно конкуренты по Warhammer 40K, но ты лично по моему мнению более глубоко передаешь преимущество силовой брони, мощность лазерного оружия, а сокрушительная мощь минигана, особенно когда два паладина с ними уничтожают все живое, доказывает то, что миниган это не хлам ствол из игры, а действительно смерть с шестью стволами от который тебе в лучшем случае получится убежать в ином случае конец.
Просто интересно с помощью чего НКР может продавить такую оборону, ибо в первой серии было прекрасно видно, что таких машин смерти в силовой броне как минимум полтора десятка если не больше. Очень жду продолжения, я восхищаюсь твоей работой и прекрасно понимаю каково это в одиночку делать и такие анимации, звуки выстрелов так еще и озвучка есть, можно будет потом из всех серий сделать один короткий фильм и наслаждаться твоим творчеством долгое время. Спасибо тебе за то, что ты есть и даешь людям возможность смотреть анимацию того, что в игре просто описали в двух строках диалога. И вообще AD VICTORIAM!

Another incredible action packed video the look on that Ncr troopers face when he saw that paladin step up with that mini gun was incredible and when that paladin started mowing all the troopers down with the minigun and u could see all the bullets dumping it was just so awesome it brought so much joy to me lmao great work we all know how this story ends but it’s gonna be a great series keep it up 👍🏻
Beautiful animation, I love that you’re showing the brotherhood in combat armor and power armor it really makes it feel like they’re a military force rather than just a bunch of tanks. The armor and clothing on the NCR is amazing too, I always saw NCR gear as thrown together gear from prewar stock piles but this really makes it feel like it’s been produced post war and it makes the NCR feel like an actual military.

I LOVE this. The laser weapons actually sound intimidating and feel crazy strong and the power armor paladins actually have a terrifying presence when compared to your normal soldier. Keep it up man!

I love the impact that the laser weapons have holy shit - ive always thought in the games they were a little bit cartoony but the way you did the sound effects and impact is soooo good. Gives me a newfound appreciation for energy weapons

My man has done a great work of making the power armor soldiers that are in those unstoppable dreadnought juggernaut of an power armor just has that feeling of us when we used bullets on them, even the most powerful guns with the armor piercing bullets casings, just would be bouncing off the armor shells of this god tier armor suit of a unit, it's just a chef's kiss of this short video alone.
Thank you man, you made the strength, fierce power, and veracity of these units of the B.O.S then you my man is a man of knowledge and culture as well, i respect you for that.

so good. I wish the camera was a LITTLE more steady. It definitely gets the feel across of the heavy fire. But just like 20% less shuddering during the blasting.
also makes no sense the amount of recoil on the laser rifles but I am actually totally fine with that I love the sound and blasty feel of them.
also the audio and just FEEL of things is wonderful. I think that was one of my biggest gripes about FNV and F4- the guns just felt like... plinky. No real OOMF to them. Love how you did that here, and the movement of the characters and lighting is just top notch.

Now this is how power armor should feel like! Everything in Fallout 4 just feels watered down by comparison, not like walking tanks in the vein of Space Marines.

Big boy probably walked up while the minigun was giving them ear damage and making them shit their pants. In fact the only reason the minigun stopped firing was probably because it's barrel was overheating and also to give this dude a chance to jumpscare these poor dudes XD

@@agentoranj5858I didn't miss. After the minigun stopped firing, they peaked beyond cover and babbled a bit in 7 seconds and still hadn't noticed the lumbering cut-rate Astartes flanking them.

Good job of making a bos paladin seem like the almost unstoppable force to non main characters that they are. Now imagine how scary fighting the enclave at their full strength with horrigan the super mutant behemoth with power armor was. That last paladin gave me astartes vibes popping up in front of the grunt out of nowhere
