- spring has arrived! a documentary of my last two weeks as a Brown | RISD dual degree freshman.
although I was mostly at RISD first year, I finally started feeling like a true dualie spring semester as I started spending more time on Brown campus. “belonging” was my greatest concern starting college, especially since I have to juggle two schools, but I’m happy to say that I have found people and places that make me feel at home. I still have a lot of learning and growing to do, and I’m grateful that I have good people around me to experience that with.

isn’t spring gorgeous? honestly, I wish that I could’ve stayed an extra week after finals just to enjoy the atmosphere.
it feels odd to me that I wasn’t stressed out of my mind those last two weeks of school-for the first time, I was actually able to enjoy life AND do well on my finals. I know it may seem like a small thing to some, but I’m really proud of myself for maintaining that balance…and not locking myself in a room to study like I usually would lol.
