They remind me somewhat of another delicious giant cookie maker in the Chicago area called "Carol's Cookies",.... the original recipe for her cookies is basically impossible to find though.

It looks like figs, white chocolate, cashews, and ground coffee beans, but I could be wrong. Filling is cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Edit: I dug into their Google maps link and then their Instagram, it’s Earl Grey tea, not coffee beans, which explains the texture and why it didn’t dissolve into the dough

Jumbo “Monster Cookies!”
Mello Cream of Lima, Ohio copycat
Ingredients
16 oz. jar Peanut butter, crunchy
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1 1/2 cups Dark brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 large Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 1/2 cups Oatmeal
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 cup Milk chocolate chips
1 cup M and M’s
1/4 cup Raisins
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line two 9x13 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, dark brown sugar, sugar, and salt, stir until smooth.
Add the eggs, and vanilla, stir until well combined.
Add the oatmeal, and baking powder, stir well.
Mix in the chocolate chips, M and M’s, and raisins, combine well.
With a 3/4 cup measuring cup, portion out the batter into equal sized balls, roll each into a ball until smooth.
Place 3 cookie balls on each baking sheet, so they have room to spread.
Bake for 12 minutes, then press them down slightly using a fork, and bake for another 6 minutes.
Allow to cool on the tray for 5 minutes, place on waxed paper to finish cooling.
Store in a 1 gallon Ziploc bags, and refrigerate.
Makes approximately 12 large cookies.

I don’t think their supplier has bad eggs. Unlikely that a business that size uses organic eggs in this mass production. Usually the eggs which aren’t organic are so manipulated they don’t go bad too quickly.

For the first few weeks maybe. ^^ I'm pretty sure if you smell cookies all day everyday you quickly had enough of it.

I’m almost speechless! Those cookies are divine, and those are BIG COOKIES! If I lived near you I would get so big they would have to wheel me out of my home that has a 10’ wide door! 😄 I’d say, “Yeah, kids, go ahead and make fun of me, cos BIG MAMA GOTTA BIG COOKIE!”
Kidding all aside, those are some delicious cookies! Maybe for a different twist make a cookie with oats and coconut with the nuts and chocolate chips, then top with a butter vanilla coconut icing.
Oh, and those date cookies! 😱 Powdered sugar mixed with cream cheese rolled into balls and cooked in the center… I’m in a coma now! I guess it also had flour mixed in to make a sugar cookie center topped with a date slice. Yeah, that’s some insane baking! Love it!

Ok I love cookie cake and I love nuts but I cannot eat a cookie or cookie cake with nuts in it, makes me gag, I don’t know if it’s the combination of the different texture of the two but yeah separate I’ll eat nuts all day long and cookies all day long but not together.
