I use to work at Shoneys restaurant back in my younger days and I always remember my friend and I going back to the area we stored our cookie dough and get in the tub with a spoon and eat the dough nobody ever knew of course!!! I couldn’t work at these bakeries!! I would sneak the dough every so often and get huge

Malgré une production à grande échelle, ils n hésitent pas à employer des ingrédients de grande qualité. J'ai vu du sucre vergeoise et également des supers gousses de vanille pour les crèmes. En France on ne verrais pas ça dans des grandes usines.
