Hi Grace. Thank you so much for your vids. I am interested in applying to Tufts ED in hopes to get into its Early Medical Assurance Program in the junior. Are you familiar with that program? Is there grade deflation at Tufts? How hard is it to maintain a 3.9, 4.0 GPA? Are the intro science classes weeder classes? Thanks for your help.
Hi! yes I am, I went through it myself, if you have more questions about it, feel free to PM me on instagram. There isn't grade deflation at Tufts, luckily. It definitely is challenging to maintain a high GPA, but it's doable! The intro science classes can feel like weeder classes since they're so hard, but they're not trying to get you to quit premed, if that makes sense!
@@GraceGong Thanks! I had some of these same questions myself as I too want to pursue the Early Medical Assurance Program as a junior. I heard about grade deflation, but as you said, thankfully there isn't any. This is sort of late, but I have some more questions.
1. How easy is it to get involved in research as soon as I step on campus? How competitive are the research opportunities? I assume there are opportunities like this outside of campus (for ex. in Boston?)
2. How easy is it to interact with opportunities like internships and volunteering in Boston? Do the majority of students stay on campus or off campus?

Hahhahaa thank you so much! I just use a light brown box dye but I would only recommend it if you have thick hair. You can try a small portion of your hair at a time to see how it reacts:)

Hello! I've been thinking of going to Tufts as a psych major, and was wondering if you had any comments about that whole experience? Mostly interested in the kinds of classes that the major entails. I loved the video btw!!
