Its steamed bean sprouts, fried tofu, yellow pickled radish topped with marinated chive leaves. You can find them at asian supermarkets for cheap🙋

Can someone explain why they cook the noodles but then they wash them...I'm so confused.
They boil the noodles and immediately put them and wash in cold water so that the noodles keep the solid texture while it is cooked.

it seems she puts sugar in.
white broth is called Kong guk mul which is made out of white beans. you boil the white beans and grind them afterwards. Find Kong guksoo recipe on TH-cam ^^

Its korean radish and its very bland but sweet when its still young. Its a clean taste, not sure how to describe it lol
