GX90's have to be one of my favourite generation from the MarkII/Chaser/Cresta series and favourite part of these cars are especially the ones that often come with a digital gauge cluster as my dad used to own one in his old golden 94 GX90
There are loads of them in Bangladesh and the ones that come with a 1GFE,most of them are converted to compressed natural gas (which is like the second most sought after fuel source before petrol) or often swapped with a 2JZ GTE/GE or 1JZ GTE/GE by enthusiastic owners

The face of a Camry, the body of a Chaser. Very nice car if taken care of properly.

I’ve always liked the chaser, it reminds me of a Japanese 5 series.

Are these getting rare in Japan? Looks like they've been exporting loads of them, especially to third-world countries that need cheap reliable cars.

Love the seat doilies looks like the car was well cared for based on the miles and amount of driving done. Probably was owned by an older person that just kept it going in the end. Bummer the buyer did not spend some more yen and just get the 1JZ. This year 1JZ or 2JZ for an engine only with non VVTI is extremely expensive.

Hi 👋 Buddy. How its going. That car 🚨 is the most popular at iraq 🇮🇶. In iraq we are not allowed to use right steering so we modified to the left side. And we still use it tell this day. Tell you true my friend its Run butter then the brand new cars such as chevy products. And mention it's from nineteens. 👍

That's really cool to think that these are popular over there despite the hurdles to getting them registered there. Very cool.

Karr we brought the dash from china 🇨🇳. And they do it perfect. and there is some thing frustrated i want to mention it....
A lot of electric stuff after modified dos not work probably such as the last gear shift(automatic transmission) .... you know after 125 km it should piping with a light shift.

Kinda sad to know a reasonably tidy car is going to be basically stripped and thrashed. All the issues are pretty easily fixed tbh.
Why can't people just use USDM cars to drift I will never know...

It is my car and it's Not gonna be stripped nor thrashed. I don't have the time to go to tracks on a regular basis. It'll have a full interior. Full repaint. 1.5jz or 1jz depending on how long the the 1g will last with regular driving. I absolutely hate "missile" cars. I'll actually be posting everything I do to it on TH-cam.

To put you guys at ease, not everyone strips and thrash these. I recently imported a JZX90 to the states. And aside from plans to upgrade the exhaust, intercooler and wheels, the car will be mostly stock and street driven. I want to keep it reliable, road friendly and fun to drive.

That's the quietest engine ever! Wow and it needs an oil change? I'd bet it's close to silent at idle with the engine it's got. Finally realizing this Chaser I want is actually called a Mark 2 Tourer V, but idk for sure I still call it a Chaser because that's what the dealership had it listed as. Such a smooth car
