Used to love Mount Charleston. When I was younger I sleded down the mountain and jacked up myself by flying over a big bump and flying off the sled. Lol. Btw you skied great.

Norma!!! You finally went to Lee Canyon!! I love it!!! Did you try tubing? That was so much fun when I did it!! My first time skiing I fell all over the steep slope and had bruises all over my legs the next morning.🤣
Being from Boston we can snow up 2 feet or more. We had a 15-20 inch storm earlier this season. So it always funny seeing areas that don't get that deal with a few inches 🤣🤣🤣🤣 It looked like you had fun learning to ski 🎿. The extra bloopers on this one were great. Question... how did you feel the next day 🤔 I hope not that bad.
What a lovely place! I love alpine skiing too. Some of the Mormon missionaries, with whom we discussed various theological themes. Were from Nevada, and told me about its mountains. @@NormaGeli Practice one week, and then rest for four days. Then practice again. The rest days are very important as during this time the muscle memory accumulates the learned knowledge. And, Norma, always remember to wear the helmet, the one with no holes in it. I had a serious skiing incident, and if there were holes in my helmet I could be instantaneously killed, if the icicle, for example, would have penetrated into the hole. Only "deaf" helmets! Great vid Norma! I rode my motorcycle to the retreat during the summer on a poker run for Las Vegas Bikefest a few years ago. Its a beautiful place. I was back in Vegas that winter so I had to go back up to check out the snow. Not on the motorcycle that time. It was even more beautiful with all the snow. Great place to go when you want to get away from the casinos and do some real sightseeing.
This may be your most information video yet. Not many people, who look up at Mount Charleston, after a really snowy day, from nearby the Strip, doesn’t realize how much is available to do there.
