Thanks Steve, the Netherlands is beautiful and what a unique place to go bike riding (the sheep didn’t seem to be too shy). I’m happy you two are enjoying cycling trips in different parts of the world.
thanks for the videos of this trip, Steve! My wife and I plan to go with the same company for our 25th anniversary. I'm not sure yet which tour to do. One question I have is, what camera were you using to film the videos? Thanks again for a wonderful set of videos for us to watch of your trip.
Hi Jeff and thanks for your comment. I use a DJI Pocket 3 for handheld shots and a DJI Action 4 mounted on my handlebars for forward moving shots. I shoot in D-log and edit in Premier Pro. I'm still learning the process, this has become a great hobby in retirement. Thanks again and take care, Steve
Steve, the trip was very interesting. I looked it up online. I’m guessing it was over $4000 for the two of you. Was the experience worth the cost in your opinion? Take care John
Hi John, no it did not cost $4000. It was about $2700 for the two of us which included 7 nights in a private cabin with private bathroom, most meals, bicycles and the ability to explore many small island villages. It all depends on what a person is looking for personally. To only visit Amsterdam as a tourist, it would easily cost much more for lodging and meals. We decided to take this tour because of the great value compared to other tours in the area. The tour was part of our much longer vacation which I did not film for TH-cam. We had a great time!
Wonderful trip Steve! Thank you so much for taking the time to film and bring us along. 😊
Thank you Barb!
You’re a true inspiration Steve.
Thank you Andy. It's people like you that keep me going on this journey!

Thanks Al. I'm working on it! The next video will be a little different. Someone sent me a "Flying Camera" to test. It's fun!

Great trip. Thanks for sharing. Did you book this trip directly with Boat Bike Tours or did you use a travel agent?
