Truly. My son in law is a neighbour of Madras Cafe. I have gone several times there. Most appreciaive fact is that they are not open 24/7. Daily after breakfast they closead again open in the evening. This ensures elimination of stale food. Each item is very delicious. The number one attraction for me is sada dosa. Very few hotels serve this. The exact extend of fermentation is commendable. The same case with meduvada, nairoast, and masala dosa. Item rotation is another highlight. It reminded me the Pathan's Hotel Masaladosa, Mani cafe iddli, and Bharat cafe nai roast in Thrissur in 1960s during my college days.
