I'm starting a 30-day cooking challenge

For the next 30 days, I'm going to upload a video of me cooking something every single day.
Today I made a salad for dinner. Unfortunately I got hangry and it was a little chaotic. It happens!!!
To be clear, this is not a diet. I'm looking at this as a hard reset, a jump start, and a way to hold myself accountable. If you've got a goal that you're trying to accomplish, I'd love to hear about it. Let's do this together.
