They are decent against but terrible against any other unit. Additionally, they are way too slow and cannot shoot up. Widow Mines or Bio is always the better choice.

A single Viking stops the prism harass. Like why not get one? Will you be that far behind if you do??
Prism can come from two angles, Viking can never catch the Prism and Medivac Production is way more Important early on
