The fact this video doesn’t have millions of views shows how bad TH-cam is. One of the best things I have ever watched. You are a kind young man with a great sense of adventure. Cheers.

It’s simple its Canada. Canada has ZERO good biking. Ok BC has great mountain bike trails.

My guess is because its in Canada. Now if he would have went to Colombia and rode south for a year then it would be close to million views. Nobody cares about Canada. Most don’t have a clue where it is. The only good riding in Canada is in BC.

Wow! One of the best movies I have seen. Don’t think of this as a TH-cam video blog, this is a full scale movie. Heartfelt. Beautifully shot. Entertaining. Emotional. Couldn’t stop watching it. This movie is an honest telling of an amazing journey.

Most people probably don't realize that cycling across Canada was relatively speaking the "Easy Part" and that editing that documentary is the bit that took a 'hell of a lot of effort'. Thanks for enabling my wife and I our own adventure across cycling Canada. Your reaction as you saw the Rockies should be enough to convince others that the only way to cycle Canada is to do it from East to West. We had already bought the ticket when a friend shared his own experience seeing the Rockies..

As a kid who was first handed a bike when i was just 4 years old, i truly understand the freedom riding a cycle gives you and to have been able to do what you did, and the purpose behind it, is genuinely one of the most if not the most inspiring thing i have seen.

I have been fighting cancers for almost 10 years, and 7 diagnosis. Your ride is absolutely inspirational, and you are an incredible human being. Thank you.
I have participated in the Sick Kids Great Cycle hallenge for the past 2 years. This year was completely sidelined by a tumor that showed up in my right kidney, and ureter. On August 16 right in the middle of the ride the kidney and associated parts were removed.
    A Cole's Notes Version...
2012 Stage IV Colon cancer mets to liver, lymph nodes - Removed 2/3 large intestine, 2 large chunks from liver, appendix and gall bladder
2013 June Terminal with 5% chance making it past 1 year.
    2015 Bladder cancer
    2016 bladder cancer
2017 Squamous Cell carcinoma throat, mouth, tongue - 19.5 hour surgery to remove L&R tonsils, part of tongue, left side of throat, soft pallet, 348 lymph nodes from neck
    2018 bladder cancer
    2022 May, bladder cancer
2022 May, colon cancer met found in kidney and ureter - Removed kidney, ureter, and small piece of bladder August 16
While lying in hospital recovering I decided I had to do something more than just fight cancer. I decided I was going to get a better bike and head West from Alberta to Vancouver to the Terry Fox monument there as my goal for the GCCC 2023. I have no idea if I'll make it, but I know for certain I wont if I don't start.
That is my plan at this point.

Well, what can I say but this brought back so many memories for me after having ridden solo across Canada from Vancouver to Montreal in 2005. I will be back sometime to go from Montreal to Newfoundland to finish it off - but I will be back. You Canadian people, as I tell all my friends and anyone who wants to know anything about Canada, are like we Australians - friendly, happy and willing to help in any way we can. Well done, a great movie of your travels and you are a credit to your family and Grandparents.

I can confirm as a Caribbean Canadian, the Bruce peninsula has beautiful beaches. It’s hard to believe that the beaches are on a lake.

It's been a long time since I watched a video this long in its entirety. What an absolute amazing trip! You truely are an inspiration. I take part in the Great Cycle Challenge for kid's cancer every August. I hope that I can do something like this in the future. Respect to you, and your grandparents. This video totally deserves more views.
