You find herbalism intresting Flashbacks to 3rd grade when I made a "herbal medicine shop" on the playground by smuggling herbs from home, stuffing them in acorns, and calling that medicine, the signs were very obvious and early for me then
This is me right now, I've always loved nature a lot, (My parents always told me to respect it, and we were passing all our free time in forest. Plus, we are a very green family, and that's a thing I really like about us). Recently, I had a huge passion about herbs, and I've even did a "Herb shop" in art class, turned out amazing ! I also like a lot to draw plants, to see plants, and of course I believe and think herb medicine is something awesome ! I am currently watching this video to know if I've actually had a green witch inside of me all this time. I hope I can see more about who I am 🍀🌱☁♡
somewhat bent sunflower we had an acorn shop! We would send suppliers out to find acorns under a big oak tree. They would come back and bury them behind the “shop”
My daughter is a green witch and she thought I would be upset about it , but I believe we should all follow our own paths and do and be what makes us happy. I love her and I'm happy she is a good person. She is also a impath and can speak to spirits.
That Is Awesome. I just got into Paganism at 60 and shared Green witch with my daughters. Thats What they r too😆They never got hooked into the jesus thing like I did. I m Free NowmAnd Ready to Explore My Divinity 😆
That’s amazing!🤗 I wish I had that with my parents. I come from a HIGHLY religious, traditionally Christian family & my dad is a pastor of a church along with my mom, my oldest sister married a pastor & helps him run his church, my other sister runs a Christian school along with my mom & my two brothers are both heavily involved with the ministries at their churches.... I’m the on my one in my whole family who has walked away from that & I find myself constantly hiding my charms, tarot decks, green witch books, & having to filter myself so much. I showed interest once when I was 13. I went to the library & checked out a book of stories & spells, but my mom saw me checking it out at the counter & absolutely FLIPPED OUT. She cried all the way home while lecturing me & then when they found a similar book in my room, my parents both sat me down to proclaim that witchcraft is evil in every aspect, it had no place in our home/life, & that if I should touch or even think about these things again, I’d lose my freedom essentially. I’ve had to repress my dreams which are really prophetic visions. My dreams come true all the time. I’ve never been able to explore the empath side of myself until the last few years when I finally got married & moved out. Sigh, anyways.... ALL that to say, thanks for being so kind & understanding towards your daughter. It’s something I wish for everyday.💗
Hahahaa I never new about witches and stuff like that but yeahh I did it too. 🤦♀️😜 I even burry a spider in a match box and name that after a person I hate when I was a kid- not proud of that thoo. 😭
Yes, me too! I used to spend hours in the garden no matter whatever the weather! I'd grind up random foliage and flowers together to make juices and magic potions and make houses for bugs 😂
I recently have fallen in love with herbs, succulents and all that but more importantly, as a child I would feel as if nature was speaking me to sort of. I don't remember a lot but I do remember imagineing that I was some sort of princess that would heal plants or make them grow quicker. 😂
Yea I’m a green witch. I planted a mini fairy garden in my parents yard and it became overwhelming lol. Vines spread everywhere and the dead tree that was in the yard ended looking like flower Christmas tree 😂 it attracted very beautiful butterflies, bees, and humming birds.
Really! It's so exciting to see that other people are interested in that! most of the people I talk to tend to think I'm a little bit crazy, but hey here's to changing this side of the world! Herbs are medicinal and the sooner people realize that the better
Me: *studying to be a Naturopath, specialising in herbal medicine* Annie: The first sign you might be a green witch is an interest in herbalism. Me: Go on. . . .
@@saffronclacy5410 Ooooo! I go to Endeavour College of Natural Health. I believe there is another college called Southern School to choose from as well
Since I was a kid, I had a connection with nature (I remember telling people to ask the tree if you can take its branches/leaves or apologise after doing so because it hurts the tree haha), the first thing I researched when I first took an interest in witchcraft were herbs, I have a green thumb (even when I don't pay that much attention to my plants, they thrive ans regrow when something happens to them, I even recently started growing my own herbs (unfortunately the only one that has managed to sprout from seeds was lovage, a little warrior as I've found that the soil is starting to grow mould so I'll have to replant it into some new soil). I actually started my own book of plants (not quite a herbarium as it was mainly centred on trees) when I was 8. I think I'm a green witch.... well then... explains a lot 😂
Nice video! I think I'm a green/cosmic witch, I relate to the natural elements of the earth as well as animals and plants, but I also feel connected to space, the stars and planets and the universe at large. Basically just appreciating nature as a whole whether it's earthly or not ❤️🌺
That sounds like an absolutely lovely path to follow. Listening to your intuition and combining all of your passions together is important when finding the path you are meant to follow!
My good friend told me i needed to watch these videos because she believes I am a green witch. I think she is right!! Im a master gardener and do landscaping for a living. I forage for wild medicinal plants on my land and dry them out for teas. I crave to be outside and in nature. I love love love all of this!! Thank you for sharing and I am glad I found your channel :)
I never saw myself as a green witch, but it made sense as I practiced my witchcraft journey. My stepdad grows plants and grows herbs, I always loved tea and grew an interest in the magical and health properties of plants. I’m currently saving up for a bay leave tree.
This is me!!!! Started when I was a little girl and we lived in Arizona. Made bird nests for the birds while analyzing my mom's front yard which had only one rose bush. I knew her yard need more plants and color. Then when I lived with my maternal grandparents in Colorado, their gardening inspired me to garden. These introductions led me to getting my Assoc. of Science Degrees in Landscape Design and Nursery Management. I also studied Herbology and Massage Therapy later on in life when our sons were older. Then when I began researching my ancestors, I learned about my maternal Grandmother's Uncle James Asbury "Charles" Ruggles who got studied and earned his medical degree while practicing medicine using plant materials he gathered and healed people with in Stafford, Kansas.
My aunt is gardener or she just loves and absolutely loves flowers and plants and that’s how I kinda grew my love for plants, when I was young I was with my aunt and she took her flower and made it talk and I was so happy and surprised on how she did that and she taught me how to do it 🥺✨❤️
My earliest memories were of finding different plants at school, occasionally grinding them into pastes, and trying to sell/get other people to do it too-pretty soon I had an entire club of kids just tying up bits of plants. Eventually, the school decided we were a “black market” (or something like that) and to,d us to throw the pastes and bundles away. Instead, we all decided to plant them outside of the school. After that I decided “okay. This is my life now. I love plants”. But I didn’t want to be like a weird kid who was obsessed with plants, so I talked to one of my friends that identified as a “green witch”. And she told me to just say I was a green witch instead of saying that I adored plants. Flash forward 10-some years, and I just remembered the phrase “green witch” and wanted to see if it was a real thing, not just something my friend called herself, and I stumbled on this video. Idk if this matters, but I just felt like saying it :)
I’m in love with the herbal/botanical wall art you have in so many of your videos. 🌱 🌿🌾. Tbh, I’ve been searching all over for similar items to use in my own home.
I have this obsession with the color green like it really calms me and gives me peace..I love flowers always have since a younger woman. I love animals, I stopped eating meat. I’ve been trying to figure out which witch and empath I am and I just feel connected with being a green witch
I'm so happy I found your channel. Honestly, herbalism was something I was interested in before I realized my practice as well. My love started by picking up a book at a garage sale, and then I first started learning through books. I developed an deep love of plants, and now I'm studying Clinical Herbalism at the Herbal Academy of New England and realizing how much the books missed. I've only recently started using herbs in my Wiccan practice and I'm connecting more to the Earth.
I love your channel, I've just moved from a very corporate background to move my career into horticulture. I have always loved gardening. I thought I was just 'odd' that when walking through nature I always felt connected to every tree, plant, flower around me. I'm finally getting an understanding of myself and it's a been a wonderful journey 💗
This video is just perfect, silly dog loving relationship, dandelion background, your style, your energy, those lush plante, vintage couch... Just love it 🥰
Wonderful video! I think I must be a tree witch. I’m really in love with the Golden Bough by Frazer... being a mix of plant lore and mythology. The idea that the people saw the sun originating within wood, that the myth of the Norse Balder is a ritual outline, and the profound knowledge that the origins of the very concept of magic comes from the evergreen because the winter spell had no power over it, and thus evolved into a codex of immortality, that born the races of fairies and elves, absolutely beautiful! Keep up the good work and don’t be afraid to commit more depth on these topics.
And finally, I have come to believe that learning as much as you can about your ancestors, and also the ancient practices of your ethnic people, where they come from, etc., is vital, below no other wisdom, about what you are, and how magic flows through your vessel, given to you by all the people that survived long enough to pass on their life to you, if that makes sense.
Thank you and that sounds like a wonderful path. That is a very intriguing idea and I like the sound of it. There is great power in trees especially those that stay green throughout. But thank you, I really appreciate your comments they are always very thoughtful!
I highly identify with this. I've never had much opportunity to garden (working on that now), but have always loved nature. I wrote poems about trees as a child and could spend hours entranced by the mountains or the rain. Animals are much easier for me to deal with than people. I have a horrible time sleeping with the window closed. I'm now taking online classes in herbalism and absolutely loving it! Thanks for this video.
You sound pretty similar to me! I relate pretty much to everything your saying and oh my goodness isn't herbalism absolutely wonderful to study! I find it to be an addictive passion
@@TheGreenWitch Yes! I love how simple, intuitive, and effective it is. I love how I can help heal people without worrying about harming them. And I love going for walks and finding new plants by the path; it's like meeting a new friend. :)
@@amberjewell3894 ... I am sorry that Im just finding this. Would you mind telling me, which website or online theme is? I have herbals book, and I am trying just to undertand them better, I usually go with my intuition but I'd love to be certified as well. Hope all is well with you, and thanks in advance.
@@laflaca80 The School of Natural Healing. John Christopher founded it and I believe his son runs it now. They offer online and correspondence courses to become a master herbalist.
I’ve just barely begun my practice, if I can really call the minuscule amount of work I’ve done a form of witchcraft. I can already feel myself leaning towards a Nature or Green witch. Which is sad because I live in an apartment and I can’t do much to satisfy my craving for greenery, woods, and grassland. I also absolutely adore Mushrooms, which I have no idea what that makes me. Fungi witch? Lol Edit: I love the dandelion diagram
I can only imagine how empty it would feel to live away from nature, I've always been very fortunate to have it close by and I don't know how I would like living away from it. Perhaps a house plant or two could help? I love mushrooms as well and thank you that is my favorite poster!
When I was little I made a plant hospital for all my plants in the house (cause everyone else ignores them) . I talked to them and took care of them, they all got better within the next week.
I have just come across your awesome channel, I am a beginner but have a weird yearning to be a witch, although I have done nothing to this point I have felt like this for years as it kind of makes sense because I am an empath, I am also Clairaudient and a medium. Being a Green Witch really resonates with me on all of the 5 signs, I would be happier living in a log cabin in a forest and having the windows open day and night is a must for me. Thank you so much for affirming that I should follow this path, thank you for sharing, much love. xx ❤
Hello! I have been following your channel for a while but only have recently started diving into all of what you do and the info you have to share. First, thanks for all that you do and share! I grew up with this feeling that I connected with nature, also I’m Native American so I like to think that’s it just deeply rooted in me. My papa had a garden with tons of fruits in his backyard with a little fish pond and he would take us fishing and camping. He passed several years ago but still have such fond memories of spending time at his house and in the backyard. Ever since I was little I’ve been on many camping trips and hiking trips (now I’m 30). I also grew up golfing competitively so maybe that’s relative to my connection with the nature around me? I have only recently gained a green thumb and love taking care of the few plants I have. I think this has to do with being in an unhappy relationship for so long and not spending my time with the right person. I grew further from who I was. Now I’m happily married and I truly feel like I’m with the right one who accepts me for who I am.. I’m not religious or anything but I have a spiritual connection and urge to be more connected somehow. Now that im 30 is it too late to dive into the world of witchcraft?
I just want to thank you so much, I have learnt so much from you and inspire me in many ways. I love the part where you say life is fluid, it’s okay evolve. Thank you. Years ago when I was 18, I studied aromatherapy and herbs and plants. Then I left it, now it is all coming back, both my grandmothers grew vegetables, it was so natural for them. I recently started growing basil 🌿. Thank you once again for the wealth of information and inspiration.
the first reason gave me flashbacks to my junior high school year where i had to do a Chemistry IA and i automatically wanted to work with organic chemistry which is basically discovering how certain herbs and plants effect health, but on a more scientific level😭
I think this is just clarifying what I've always thought. Thank you so much for sharing your story, whenever you do have a workshop or class I would really love to learn from you.
Hey thank you so much for showing us this video and it definitely helped me because I just first started out on this and I had a late start with being a green witch. I am actually 33 years old and found out around 30 or 31 that I was an empath and a Green witch. I would like to learn more about being a Greenwich and I do appreciate you showing this video because like I said in the beginning it helped very much. I've been struggling and I know my path is being a green witch it's just with being tired all the time and being drained and dealing with some other issues. I want to become better and I'm open to learn new things and everything. Also thank you so much for telling us that you were having some personal issues and I'm glad you found the right stuff to make you better
This is so amazing...our paths are so very similar! I, too, thought I was an eclectic witch at first when trying to identify, but took many tests, did so much contemplation, made so many lists, but herbalism is who I am. Every single test said "Garden witch" "Green witch" etc. It has always been the path for me, even if I tried to fight it.
The first one I could already relate to. My mother is a gardener and as a kid I would spend hours and hours picking random petals and mashing them up and I loved collecting rocks I had plenty of plants and my mom would always make natrual medicines out of plants and that got me very interested in things like that and I ended up finding witchcraft!! Also just the word herbal makes me feel so fuzzy and warm...like, is that weird?- anyways I just feel like the green witch path feels so much like ME
Love you videos! They’re all so informative. The music is always so distracting and hard for me to concentrate though. Aside from the music, you are wonderful.
You are super adorable fellow earthling. I have all 5 of the traits listed in this video including the love for animals . I wish I could connect with you in person. I feel we could get along fantastically! I will keep following your channel here to learn more about being a green witch and to see your journey keep unfolding . Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us sweet earthling
I grew up with a mother who garden, I always loved it but my interest was never there fully until my parents got divorced and I moved away with my dad and I got to see what it was like to not have a garden. So now I love gardening!
Thanks for this video, love your aesthetic and your music choice is tops! Not sure I’m a green witch based on the herbalism focus I do think I may be in the neighborhood of it.
A part of my life are my plants indoors and my balcony plants like herbs, lavender, calendulas. Just the look of them, smells and the softness they have while touching is a great joy for me. But I am not a gardener! I also read Brida currently from Paulo coelho, its about the moontradition etc.!
you probably won't see this but I've just found your channel (shout out to Witch of Wonderlust!) - love your vibe so far, the info, love your taste in music, and I think I would die for your dogs (omg I love them so much!)
JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA LOVE your DOGGIES!!!! so cute. I always love plants and grew up with agronomers so was always surrounded by people who loves and work with plants and nature. I am Green witch because I love herbalism and botanic sciencies is something very complicated to describe the special connection with plants and my soul. Your channel is so adorable and I like the way you explain your craft in a very simple and sophisticated way. Be blessed!
I’m not a green Witch per se; I lack a green thumb but I’m deeply connected to nature and crave its elements for nurturing and healing. I have discovered that I consider myself to be more of an eclectic witch with a strong sense of kemeticism. However, I can still totally relate with this and appreciate your path. Thank you for sharing such earnest content 🌻
The puppies!!! We also have the exact same black puppy🤣 her name is Rylee and she acts exactly the same as your baby does! Must be a lab/retriever thing🤣❤ big hugs from a fellow green witch! Awesome video!
Awe!!! Rylee sounds like such a cutie! Labs are definitely a funny bunch aren't they! And thank you so much, I always appreciate your comments, they brighten my day!
My grandmother was a kitchen witch and a dozer. She lived in the mountains of Kentucky where she was the local healer and water locator. My daughter is also a kitchen witch. I focus on herbs and their health benefits.
I have no green thumbs, but am very interested in herbs. I am also a beekeeper and love to work with beeproducts. I love nature and especially animals. Furthermore I love working with astrology, tarot, crystals and the elements. I have no idea which way I am going but I am definately going to learn more about what witchcraft is all about. Definately interested.
I’m 52 in February, and my whole life I’ve loved nature, plants, forests, mountain streams, trees, animals. But I’ve mostly lived the way I think society expects. Since 2020, I have began embracing my authentic self-I stopped hiding my silvers and love it. And I’ve started opening my spirit to things I was taught were bad-even though nothing about what I’m feeling is bad. I still love my God, I have a connection to the Holy Spirit, and I feel more spiritually awakened than I ever have. I touch my trees and speak to them, and I don’t care if the neighbors think I’m kooky! Lol I stand outside in the dark of night when I take my sweet dogs out and I stare at the stars, and study them, and talk to the moon. (I’ve always secretly talked to the moon.) I have a flock of crows that sometimes hang out in my yard, and I will occasionally talk to them. I have a huge connection to animals-particularly swans, horses, foxes, dogs. I started using essential oils in a diffuser, but haven’t explored them more-Yet. I’ve been drawn to crystals and gems for a while but am unsure what they mean and how to use them. I remember watching some movie in the 1990s called Practical Magic, and was very drawn to it. Yeah I know it was Hollywood, but the underlying feeling I had was “connection”. I don’t believe in cursing or hexing people, because I only want to bless others. I remember a few years ago in the news witches were placing curses on the former President and that went against my spirit so strongly and for a bit closed my mind to reaching out for more information about witchCraft. But then I realized, just like with EVERY group of people, some do good and some do bad. I’m only interested in being kind and loving, helpful and joyful, gentle and peaceful-not placing curses on people that I dont like. I am interested in learning tarot or oracle decks, but I don’t want ones that contain darkness. Throughout history, women and men were burned because they were witches and people did not understand anyone who was different and didn’t believe the way they did. It breaks my heart. I feel like I am in a metamorphosis and hope to continue this new journey in my life. Any suggestions, or guidance is appreciated. 😊❤
Chamomile with lemongrass tea. So relaxing. Green tea with honey for long life . Ginger root and garlic to stave off illness . Fish oil to help combat high blood pressure. catnip and peppermint for focus .
I recently just lost my mom and now I have to live with my grandma. She has a small yard and I could not have my own garden, and that makes me very upset. but she does love plants and has 2 gardens of flowers, I just wish I could have my own.
Hi Katie, I am so very sorry 2 hear about your mom. I truly am. I hope that your grandma will allow u 2 have potted plants. That might be a really good start. Also when u have some quiet time maybe u can have a conversation with your mom and ask HER 2 encourage your grandmother 2 see how having a green space of your own would make u so happy. Just a thought. Hugs and lots of warm thoughts coming your way!🎇😅
I think my first sign happened today. Someone cut down my aloe plant when I left it outside for some sunlight. It wasn't even outside for two hours. I could not stop crying when I saw that ALL of the leaves were cut.
I've been an arborist for 3 years and I just now started getting into wicca thanks to my momma. I'm an arborist because I have a nack for helping the trees and I dont like cutting them just to cut them. I love helping them grow and be healthy and I'm pretty sure I'm a green witch due to the fact that I've always had an amazing green thumb and love healing and helping people and things. Thank you for the guidance, its helping a lot.
I'm totally tripping out. First, I think you're in Salish... which I at 1st thought might be near Salishan (Oregon) - but turns out it's north of Seattle (where I was raised).2nd: I teeter on all 5 of these signs - I have just started collecting plants that are dying & giving them rehab back to life (cyclamen, poinsettia, kalanchoe, orchids)...if I could find a way to make space I'd build a greenhouse. I've always been interested in holistic medicine & integrated essential oils into my lifestyle about 7 yrs ago....I needed to find a way to heal an autoimmune issue...
I feel like I’m slowly becoming a green witch. At 18 I started learning about yoni health and would do yoni steams a lot . Years later I have my own herbs, making my own tinctures and have my own garden. I’m 23 and I have a lot to learn but I just know that’s what I am becoming. My grandmother and grandfather both were always in the garden. That was my great grandpas job actually so it was his way of living (growing watermelons). Weird last year my grandmother passed away and I had collard greens in my garden. She loves greens, and it’s crazy after she passed my greens became so lucious and beautiful. I cooked my own and they were delicious. I just knew it was my granny❤️
I found herbalism intriguing. Thank you for this intelligent and interesting video. I just performed my first spell jar tonight. A protection one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I always thought of myself of more eclectic. But I’m huge in herbalism and I do feel more at home in nature…I can see being a green witch. I’ve been practicing for a little bit over a year and still learning but this made me have an aha moment.
really interesting. but when i was little i hated rain, but last year before i started witchcraft i started to always wish it would rain. and ever since then i love the rain. its my favorite thing. in california i loved going to the red wood forest after it rained and then heading to the beach. i recently moved away unfortantley. and i used to grind up herbs and put them in bottles.
Well I would absolutely recommend "the green witch" by Arin Murphy-Hiscock because it is a pretty understanding of a lot of the practices green witches tend to follow but beyond that I personally pick up every herbal book or tea book I can find that is an in-depth guide to working with typically the medicinal benefits of the herb because I feel that having that understanding can be powerful and there are hundreds and hundreds of books out there on all of that stuff. I hope this helps if there's more I can do just let me know!
Herbal remedies by anne mcintyre it's really good for herb and plants benifit and what to be careful of as well how to make syrups and infusions ect :)
I have unknowingly done these things for most of my life. How strange I found this channel and this video today and its over two years old. I have very recently became interested in Tarot and somehow this research led me here. Another odd thing, the picture behind you , is a plant I've been very interested in for the past several months and was even on my mind earlier today. Strange how life works. Thank you for the video.
I was indeed born with a green thumb. Growing up I worked most of my summer in the community garden even teaching others that were even older then me lol. I love plants and I've always been fascinated with how herbs and spices work so well natural remedies. Sitting in a tree all alone in a forest with folk music in my ear is just right ya know?
I grew up on a farm and although i did not know it when i was very little my grandmother was a green Witch. We used to be in the field eating veggies and herbs right off the vines. I remember my grandmother saying little rhymes and prayers and leaving offerings. I am a lot like you. I live for growing herbs and making my own medicines and salves and such. I can still remember how i felt back then in the garden. field or forest. It was pure bliss ! I still get excited when my plants start to grow and i come up with a new idea for a home made salve or tea etc. Love your pups bye the way ! Also your hat is adorable on you ! Stay healthy and many Blessings :-)
I've always loved nature, and helping and healing, not only people but every alive being! That's why I've the intention of studying medicine to become a surgeon (because even if I'm really into herbalism, I really love science and that kind of medicine to!) but also studying to be a green witch! I think my witchcraft is hereditary, God blessed me and my family with this amazing power and connection with nature ❤️ I'm still a really baby witch! Thanks for your videos, they are really helpful God bless you ❤️
@the green witch. I'm really curious how you were able to aid your disease with herbalism. I've got several health issues and would love to know more. Blessed be!
Can you be a green witch if you have a blackish thumb but still love plants and herbs and want to learn how to use them? I remember playing "witch when I was younger and making witches brews with leaves and berries and other random plants I found.
Hi there! Truly love your content and videos. Could you perhaps do a video on how you study herbalism and how you incorporate what you learn in your practice? I'm also an aspiring herbalist and try to read all that I can find, but would appreciate to hear how you study and what resources you use. I find discussing ways of learning from other people can be a big help, especially because practicing and studying alone can be a bit isolating. Thanks again for this wonderful channel. Bless you!
Gardening is something you don't necessarily need to be gifted to do. You have to be willing to learn about your plants. I'm quite adept , in my mind, to growing things. Not all my plants survive but as long as I learned from it , it's successful. My plants take hits from predators and insects but they're my wonderful contribution to the ecosystem.
I have always loved being out in nature and herbalism. Until recently I haven't been able to be in my element and I noticed the difference as soon as I got a job working outdoors.
I am working on my green thumb! I'm naturally drawn to plants although its been a struggle in Texas. I love drying out the herbs I manage to harvest and am working on growing more than just basil, rosemary, and mint. Lavendar seems to hate me although my lemon tree and lemongrass seem much happier with my nonsense lol. My houseplants die though.
You find herbalism intresting

Yes, me too! I used to spend hours in the garden no matter whatever the weather! I'd grind up random foliage and flowers together to make juices and magic potions and make houses for bugs 😂

Icons Fansign me too!!!
I recently have fallen in love with herbs, succulents and all that but more importantly, as a child I would feel as if nature was speaking me to sort of. I don't remember a lot but I do remember imagineing that I was some sort of princess that would heal plants or make them grow quicker. 😂
Thats amazing! and hey it sounds like this has been your calling forever then!

This was me when I was little, but I would talk to the crows 😂
Yea I’m a green witch. I planted a mini fairy garden in my parents yard and it became overwhelming lol. Vines spread everywhere and the dead tree that was in the yard ended looking like flower Christmas tree 😂 it attracted very beautiful butterflies, bees, and humming birds.
That sounds so beautiful, I'm going to have to find out more about making a faery garden

Aww it's nice to see that other people apologize and thank the lovely trees, plants, objects, and animals :)
Wow My grandpa and mom taught me to do that and I still ask permission from the plants like u.
Same I feel the same way I'v loved space since like 1 grade

Your so cute playing with your dog at the start! Also, I'm just beginning my journey of being a green witch and your channel is really helpful.
Awe thank you, you're such a sweetheart! I'm here to help you in any way that I can!
I'd love to help. I love starters.
Love that you stopped for your pups and gave them the attention they needed. Thanks for the silly footage. 💕
My aunt is gardener or she just loves and absolutely loves flowers and plants and that’s how I kinda grew my love for plants, when I was young I was with my aunt and she took her flower and made it talk and I was so happy and surprised on how she did that and she taught me how to do it 🥺✨❤️
When I started witchcraft I started to become more interested in nature and all green
Idk if this matters, but I just felt like saying it :)
herbalism, nature, and plants always intrigue me. i’m growing a bunch of flowers right now, and i’m so proud of my mini garden.
I’m in love with the herbal/botanical wall art you have in so many of your videos. 🌱 🌿🌾. Tbh, I’ve been searching all over for similar items to use in my own home.
I was thinking the same thing. It's absolutely beautiful! I'm wondering if she created it or if she purchased it?
Love the puppy love... I'm totally here for it!
Can we have a conversation about what magic is? I think this would be a fun topic to hear everyone’s definitions.

Where did you take those lessons?
Growing brings me joy deep from within. If im not growing or learning to coexsist with nature I feel like I'm wasting away. And btw love your dogs!
Lol
Edit: I love the dandelion diagram
I can only imagine how empty it would feel to live away from nature, I've always been very fortunate to have it close by and I don't know how I would like living away from it. Perhaps a house plant or two could help? I love mushrooms as well and thank you that is my favorite poster!
When I was little I made a plant hospital for all my plants in the house (cause everyone else ignores them) . I talked to them and took care of them, they all got better within the next week.
I am so grateful to have come across your channel. Thank you for creating. X
IM SO GLAD I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL
I really love how your house is like literally green! So pretty! Theres plants everywhere and its so magical❤️❤️
Love your puppies!!!😍 And thank you for sharing them and witchy info! 🤗😃
Thank you once again for the wealth of information and inspiration.
the first reason gave me flashbacks to my junior high school year where i had to do a Chemistry IA and i automatically wanted to work with organic chemistry which is basically discovering how certain herbs and plants effect health, but on a more scientific level😭
that's amazing. i love your username btw haha

I think this is just clarifying what I've always thought. Thank you so much for sharing your story, whenever you do have a workshop or class I would really love to learn from you.
Love the laat part of the video it was funny.
Your dogs are precious.
I also love the idea of gardening never done it yet though but still wish to try it
This is so amazing...our paths are so very similar! I, too, thought I was an eclectic witch at first when trying to identify, but took many tests, did so much contemplation, made so many lists, but herbalism is who I am. Every single test said "Garden witch" "Green witch" etc. It has always been the path for me, even if I tried to fight it.
So you’re a TH-cam witch?
The first one I could already relate to. My mother is a gardener and as a kid I would spend hours and hours picking random petals and mashing them up and I loved collecting rocks I had plenty of plants and my mom would always make natrual medicines out of plants and that got me very interested in things like that and I ended up finding witchcraft!! Also just the word herbal makes me feel so fuzzy and warm...like, is that weird?- anyways I just feel like the green witch path feels so much like ME
I love listening to your videos. If you had a podcast, I would be your #1 fan! Thank you for your help, it’s helping me as a baby witch.
Love you videos! They’re all so informative. The music is always so distracting and hard for me to concentrate though. Aside from the music, you are wonderful.

I simply love your videos. Your energy and vibe is endearing. I’m learning so much from you. Thank you!
I grew up with a mother who garden, I always loved it but my interest was never there fully until my parents got divorced and I moved away with my dad and I got to see what it was like to not have a garden. So now I love gardening!
Wow. I really related to this video! My rare auto-immune disorder is what made me so interested in herbalism in the first place. Fun great video!
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one out there that was inspired in a similar way to start studying herbalism! And thank you!

I’m not a green Witch per se; I lack a green thumb but I’m deeply connected to nature and crave its elements for nurturing and healing.
I have learned that no matter your surroundings..trust and have faith in them and they will work for you.
Very sweet commentary, I agree good gardens take a lot of Men’s work. Gardens that are worth taking car of are of Women’s work.
Every since I was 5 I loved and cared for plants 🌱
You left out one very important piece of the puzzle - personal choice!
Oh no! I wonder if it was a human, or a wild animal? We have woodchucks in our yard, so I have to put my herb pots on a table outside.
You are absolutely adorable and inspiring! I wish I found your videos awhile ago 💛🌿
Thank you for this video! (also you have so many pretty dogs 🥰)
I'm totally tripping out.
First, I think you're in Salish... which I at 1st thought might be near Salishan (Oregon) - but turns out it's north of Seattle (where I was raised).2nd: I teeter on all 5 of these signs -
I have just started collecting plants that are dying & giving them rehab back to life (cyclamen, poinsettia, kalanchoe, orchids)...if I could find a way to make space I'd build a greenhouse.
I want to be able to heal myself and my people. And to be able to do with natural remedies. No pharmaceutical poisoning!! Bring on the journey!

I always thought of myself of more eclectic. But I’m huge in herbalism and I do feel more at home in nature…I can see being a green witch. I’ve been practicing for a little bit over a year and still learning but this made me have an aha moment.
I love your dogs. Labs are amazing!
really interesting. but when i was little i hated rain, but last year before i started witchcraft i started to always wish it would rain. and ever since then i love the rain. its my favorite thing. in california i loved going to the red wood forest after it rained and then heading to the beach. i recently moved away unfortantley. and i used to grind up herbs and put them in bottles.
Do you have any book recommendations for inspiring green witches?
Evolutionary herbalism!

You won me over with your dogs and stopping your filming to give them attention. Love your videos.

That's why I've the intention of studying medicine to become a surgeon (because even if I'm really into herbalism, I really love science and that kind of medicine to!) but also studying to be a green witch! I think my witchcraft is hereditary, God blessed me and my family with this amazing power and connection with nature ❤️

@the green witch. I'm really curious how you were able to aid your disease with herbalism. I've got several health issues and would love to know more. Blessed be!
Thanks for this video ma lady :) And I love the dougs
Bless you!
Beautiful vid all around thanks 😊✨
Oh how I wish I could meet you my sister witch n may the great spirits always watch over you!!! May ✌️&💚 always be your journey!!!
The first and ONLY sign is that you just know, or become aware...
