    This is such a great video! We just harvested some Trocknebeerenauslese level Pinot Gris, was a long waiting game!

      Glad that you enjoyed the video, Kate. The botrytis selection process in the Mosel is rigorous and demanding, but we think it’s worth it to get those incredible late-harvest treasures.
