Hehe… in some cases they do .. if they are into the same vertical…example a Deputy branch manager can be of grade Dm2… therefore, people may report to him/her

Handle this pressure for at least 6 months. Then he can try switching the job. This will help him gain 6 months of work experiences on basis of which he can switch to a desk job.

@@mrpaimon756 you should try to shift in business loan ..as a fresher it's good start and don't think to go into other bank .. icici is brand .. be here atleast 1-3 year then try to switch
@@gulfamali8194 bro i m in kotak mahindra bank and my experience teamate said i will easily get 6 lac of package as an experience MBA & they also said i m under package in kotak, Learning and knowledge is my first priority but because of my financial issues i need to switch to other Loans
